Grades K – 5: Level III Off ense

• Staff /student conference • Parent/Guardian conference required upon returning to school • Posi ve Behavior Support Plan • Referral to support services and/or MTSS Problem Solving Team • Police no fi ca on, only if necessary • DOE eSchool Incident Report fi led as required by law Op onal: • Cancella on of privileges such as, but not limited to, before and/or a er school ac vi es • Deten on and/or Suspension 2nd - 5th grade only (1-2 days)
