Pornography (D0101): The possession, sharing, or produc on of any known obscene material in the school environment.

Grades K – 5: Level III Off ense

First Off ense Required:

•Staff /student conference • Parent/Guardian no fi ca on • Police no fi ca on, only if necessary • DOE eSchool Incident Report fi led as required by law Op onal: • Cancella on of privileges such as, but not limited to, before and/or a er school ac vi es

Subsequent Off enses Required:

• Staff /student conference • Parent/Guardian conference required upon return to school • Posi ve Behavior Support Plan • Referral to support services and/or

MTSS Problem Solving Team • Police no fi ca on, only if necessary • DOE eSchool Incident Report fi led as required by law Op onal: • Cancella on of privileges such as, but not limited to, before and/or a er school ac vi es • Deten on and/or Suspension 2nd - 5th grade only (1 day)

Viola on of Severe Clause Required:

• Staff /student conference • Parent/Guardian mandatory mee ng • Posi ve Behavior Support Plan revision • Increase support services and/or social service agency involvement • Police no fi ca on, if necessary • DOE eSchool Incident Report fi led as required by law • Deten on and/or Suspension 2nd - 5th grade only (1-2 days)

Grades 6 – 12: Level III Off ense
