Terroris c Threatening and/or Behavior (D0901or D0902): (1) A person threatens to commit any crime likely to result in death or in serious injury to person or property; or (2) A person commits an act with intent of causing an individual to believe that the individual has been exposed to a substance that will cause the individual death or serious injury.

Subsequent Off enses Required:

• Staff /student conference • Parent/Guardian conference required upon return to school • Posi ve Behavior Support Plan • Referral to support services and/or

MTSS Problem Solving Team • DOE eSchool Incident Report fi led as required by law • Deten on and/or Suspension (1-2 days)
