• Staff /student conference • Parent/Guardian no fi ca on and conference • Referral to support services and/or social service agency • Mandatory drug/alcohol screening by a licensed agency • Police no fi ca on • DOE eSchool Incident Report fi led as required by law • Suspension 2nd - 5th grade only (1-2 days) Op onal: • Referral to Alterna ve Placement
