CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL "CONTROLANDO LA DIABETES Y SUS COMPLICACIONES MÁS SEVERAS" El Centro de Ingeniería Genética y Biotecnología ha convocado a la sexta edición del Congreso Internacional Controlando la diabetes y sus complicaciones más severas, que se desarrollará del 31 de agosto al 4 de septiembre de 2022, en el Centro de Convenciones Plaza América, en Varadero. Conferencistas cubanos y extranjeros, y delegados de más de 40 naciones, intercambiarán sus experticias y saberes sobre lo más avanzado en el control de la diabetes mellitus, terapias para las úlceras del pie diabético, mecanismos moleculares de curación, programas de salud dirigidos a la atención integral de las personas con diabetes mellitus, y tratamientos ortopédicos de las deformidades del pie de estos pacientes. 28

International Congress on Control of Diabetes and its most severe complications The Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology has called the 6th International Congress on Control of Diabetes and its most severe complications, to be held from August 31 to September 4, 2022, at the Plaza America Conference Center in Varadero. Cuban and foreign lecturers and delegates from more than 40 countries will exchange their expertise and knowledge on the latest advances in the control of diabetes mellitus, therapies for diabetic foot ulcers, molecular mechanisms of healing, health programs aimed at the comprehensive care of people with diabetes mellitus, and orthopedic treatments for foot deformities in these patients.
