Antigua Plaza de Armas y actual centro de desarrollo cultural, histórico, comercial y citadino. Su construcción data del siglo XVI y es un referente icónico de la ciudad de Santiago de Cuba. Cercanas a él se levantan notorias y antiguas construcciones.

Asombroso mirador natural de la región, desde donde se domina el litoral suroriental de la provincia, la cordillera circundante y parte de la ciudad de Santiago de Cuba, el espectáculo es admirable. Su cima está custodiada por una enorme piedra de 63 mil toneladas, que clasifica entre los peñascos más grandes del mundo.

Un espacio prometedor, de extraordinarios paisajes. Para los chicos es fantástico pues, en medio del auténtico escenario natural aparecen, cual salidas del pasado, más de 200 esculturas a tamaño natural de dinosaurios, mamuts y otras especies que poblaron la tierra hace millones de años.

Iglesia dedicada a la Virgen de la Caridad del Cobre, Patrona de Cuba. Debe su nombre a una cercana mina de Cobre a cielo abierto. Cada 8 de septiembre, fieles de toda Cuba le presentan sus respetos, la agasajan y le piden bendiciones.

Church dedicated to the Virgen de la Caridad del Cobre, Patron Saint of Cuba. It was named after a nearby open-pit copper mine. Every September 8, the faithful from all over Cuba pay their respects to her and ask for her blessings.
