BIOHABANA 2022 PARA UNA « CIENCIA VIDA SALUDABLE »
BioHabana 2022 International Congress:
El Congreso Internacional BioHabana 2022, se desarrollará entre los días 25 y 29 del próximo mes de abril, en el capitalino Palacio de Convenciones, organizado por el Grupo de la Industria Biotecnológica y Farmacéutica de Cuba, BioCubaFarma, que convoca a la comunidad científica mundial, bajo el lema «Ciencia para una vida saludable». Los organizadores del cónclave definen como principal propósito del mismo debatir y analizar sobre los cardinales retos actuales que tiene la ciencia, fundamentalmente, para combatir enfermedades que hoy no tienen solución efectiva, y , de igual manera, intercambiar las experiencias asociadas a la pandemia de la COVID-19, la biotecnología en la producción de alimentos por su importancia para la salud en el universo, la agrobiotecnología, y biotecnología animal, entre otros tópicos.
"Science for a healthy life" The BioHabana 2022 International Congress will be held from April 25th to 29th, at the Convention Palace in Havana, Cuba, organized by the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry Group of Cuba, BioCubaFarma, which brings together the world scientific community under the slogan "Science for a healthy life". The organizers of the conclave define as its main purpose to debate and analyze the current cardinal challenges that science has, fundamentally, to combat diseases that today have no effective cure, and, likewise, to exchange experiences associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, biotechnology in food production due to its importance for health in the universe, agrobiotechnology, and animal biotechnology, among other topics.
Se discutirán los resultados científicos de proyectos de investigaciones aplicadas en el campo de la biomedicina, y todo el espectro de innovación que trabaja la industria biofarmacéutica insular.
The scientific results of applied research projects in the field of biomedicine will be discussed, as well as the whole spectrum of innovation that the island's biopharmaceutical industry is working on.
El programa académico señala que el día 25 se realizarán los cursos pre congreso, y las sesiones de trabajo abarcarán del 26 al 29 de abril, las que contemplan simposios, en los cuales se dictarán conferencias magistrales por renombrados científicos; talleres y sesiones especiales, entre ellas, la presentación de las carpetas de proyectos de negocios y de inversiones de BioCubaFarma; a la par, se realizará una feria comercial, en la que expondrán todas las empresas de BioCubaFarma y otras industrias nacionales y extranjeras.
The academic program states that the pre-congress courses will be held on April 25th, and the working sessions will take place from April 26th to 29th, with symposiums, in which renowned scientists will give master lectures; workshops and special sessions, among them, the presentation of BioCubaFarma's business and investment project portfolios; at the same time, a commercial fair will be held, in which all BioCubaFarma's companies and other national and foreign industries will be exhibiting their products and services.
