Chapters provides evidence that they are adhering to Corporate guidelines regarding maintaining a haze free environment. Chapter has implemented a risk management plan addressing any membership issues.

ASSIMILATION OF NEW MEMBERS INTO THE CHAPTERS – 20 POINTS A.

Chapter shows evidence of adherence to the International Membership Intake guidelines during membership intake processes conducted in the past year. (i.e. Calendar of MIP, communications to and from the Regional Director). Chapter presents verification from the Regional Director that its membership intake process was totally haze free and without incident.

Chapter show evidence of strategies implemented to promote the immediate transfer of undergraduates to a graduate chapter. Chapters presents data to document the number of graduating sorors from its chapter who transferred to a graduate chapter in the past year. 5

MAINTAIN OR GROW CHAPTER SIZE – 5 POINTS A. Chapter document plans to conduct MIP as needed to maintain or grow chapter size.

CLARITY AND NEATNESS - 5 POINTS (Easy to follow, clear and concise, appropriate grammar and appropriate # of pages)

COVER - 5 POINTS (Should include chapter name, name of award, and chapter location) Notes: Evaluation will be based on the highest percentage of sorors who graduated to the number of sorors who transferred into a graduate chapter. For example, if (10) sorors graduated and five (5) transferred, then the percentage would be fifty percent (50%). The chapter should work with the Graduate Advisor to develop timeline for conducting MIP to maintain or grow the chapter size. Scrapbook with journaling required. Maximum # of pages 27
