Evaluation Criteria: This award is presented to the Graduate chapter with a mentoring program that enriches the membership experiences of sorors. Mentoring provides a supportive and nurturing environment. Mentoring is a two-way street with interchangeable roles in the relationship with each soror acting both as a giver and receiver. Chapters may choose one or all three of these programs: 1) Graduate to Undergraduate 2) Newly initiated sorors 3) Transfer or reactivated sorors

Sorority Social Events Involvement – 30 POINTS

A. Attends Regional Conferences, Boules, and local social chapter events. (a minimum of three events should be included in the documentation)

B. Demonstrates support for social chapter events (i.e., effort, monetary donations or in-kind donations for at least five events)

C. Volunteers or performs other behind the scene tasks supporting social chapter events (a minimum of five events should be included in the documentation)

Sorority Community Service Involvement – 20 POINTS

A. Volunteers in person or performs other important behind the scene tasks at community service activities (a minimum of three events should be included in documentation)

B. Demonstrates support for community service activities (i.e., monetary donations or in-kind donations for at least three events) C. Attends community service activities

Clarity and Neatness (Overall Presentation) – 5 POINTS

Easy to follow, clear and concise, appropriate grammar, and correct # of pages
