I Describe your chapter’s Connection activities for the previous year.

Indicate target groups, collaborative efforts and results A. Activities included in the Connection Resource Guide – i.e. AKA Day at the Capitol, “Be the Voice”, and Souls to the Polls to list a few

B. Describe implementation procedures C. Describe soror participation and involvement of the chapter in the community D. List basic achievements

(Easy to follow, clear and concise, appropriate grammar and appropriate # of pages) COVER - 5 POINTS
