Evaluation Criteria: This award is presented to the Undergraduate chapter with the most outstanding Connection Activities.

ACTIVITIES - 90 POINTS

I Describe your chapter’s Connection activities for the previous year.

Indicate target groups, collaborative efforts and results A. Activities included in the Connection Resource Guide – i.e. AKA Day at the Capitol, “Be the Voice”, and Souls to the Polls to list a few

B. Describe implementation procedures C. Describe soror participation and involvement of the chapter in the community D. List basic achievements
