Toni S. Kendrick – Mentoring Evaluation Criteria: This award is presented to the Graduate chapter with a mentoring program that enriches the membership experiences of sorors. Mentoring provides a supportive and nurturing environment. Mentoring is a two-way street with interchangeable roles in the relationship with each soror acting both as a giver and receiver. Chapters may choose one or all three of these programs: 1) Graduate to Undergraduate 2) Newly initiated sorors 3) Transfer or reactivated sorors
