Y eso es simplemente lo que he hecho”, añadió el también poeta, filósofo, historiador y pintor durante su discurso. La actividad contó con la participación del viceministro de Cultura, Christian Calderón.
Algo para leer Cuevas Molina ha escrito más de una veintena de obras literarias, en las cuales destaca la novela Como el aire, ganadora del Premio UNA-Palabra 2019, de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica; también sobresale Al otro lado de la lluvia, Pequeño libro de viajes, o bien Los rastros de mi deseo. Cada uno de sus libros destaca por su preocupación por el lenguaje y la prosa poética, ante lo cual el Consejo lo definió como ganador, pues “refleja la riqueza literaria que heredamos”, aseguró el viceministro Calderón.
