En busca de reactivar la economía de los artistas guatemaltecos, el Ministerio de Cultura y Deportes creó el Programa Ventanas Artísticas.

Con dicho proyecto se busca ayudar a los artistas afectados por las restricciones de la pandemia y así promover la cultura.

En ese espacio los escultores, caricaturistas, artesanos y pintores exponen su trabajo en diferentes expoventas previamente organizadas, las cuales generaron transacciones por más de Q217 mil
Esta iniciativa se celebró de febrero a diciembre de 2021, en diferentes puntos de la capital guatemalteca y en La Antigua Guatemala, Sacatepéquez. Dichas actividades atrajeron a más de 130 mil visitantes, quienes pudieron apreciar el arte guatemalteco. To reactivate the economy of Guatemalan artists, the Ministry of Culture and Sports created the Artistic Windows Program.
This project seeks to help artists affected by the Covid-19 restrictions and promote culture.

Long live art!
In this space, sculptors, cartoonist, artisans, and painters exhibit their work in different previously organized expo-sales, which generated transactions for more than $28 000.
This initiative was held from February to December 2021 in different parts of the Guatemalan capital and La Antigua, Guatemala, Sacatepéquez. These activities attracted more than 130,000 visitors, to appreciate Guatemalan art.
