SEAPARC Garage Sale
Drop-in Pickleball
Clean out your clutter and make some cash! Toys, tools, collectables, art, books, clothes and so much more! Preregister in advance to reserve your table for the BIGGEST garage sale in Sooke. Please note the following garage sale guidelines: price items prior to sale, arrive no earlier than 8:00am for set-up, all unsold items must be removed from the facility. SEAPARC is a family-friendly facility, please do not display or sell items that may be offensive to others.
A fun racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Suitable for players of all ages and ability levels. Regular admission rates apply, included in membership. Schedule subject to change due to school events.

Beginner Golf Clinic
Ages 15+
These clinics are the perfect way to learn the game of golf and have some fun. Strong emphasis will be placed on the fundamentals - proper grip, posture, stance, and rules of the game. Olympic style Taekwondo is one of the most popular martial arts in the world and you can find out why in our dynamic, challenging and fun adults Taekwondo program with Mijo Taekwondo. Beginning at white belt, you train with a wide range of belt levels, learning the basics and technique of our curriculum based system, this includes: kicking, punching, blocking, hand strikes, self-defence and patterns. Classes are a blend of traditional and sport Taekwondo training, stability and conditioning drills, are suitable for all levels and are led by a 5th Degree Master Instructor!
