What made you decide to have an Introspective Hypnosis session? C: I was referred. I wanted to have some mental clarity on what was going on in my life. What did you expect? I had only seen the tv hypnosis where people dance like chickens! I knew it wouldn’t be like that. I had no clue I was under until I started to talk and I went ‘whoa where did that come from?!’ Did it help? C: Yes! It helped me see that my past lives were part of a generational pattern for me and others in my life. An example is that someone who was my father in a past life is my daughter in this life. What surprised you the most? C: The fact that I was under but was completely aware! I was amazed at all the physical sensations I was getting. You just can’t make it up! Everything about it has blown my mind about energies and other realms. How has it changed your life? C: It broadened my view on life and helped me understand my family more. It has given me more clarity on my life purpose. Did you have control? C: No matter what came up I felt safe in knowing I could stop at any time. I could also go to the bathroom if I needed to and then come back and continue! Other things that you liked? You knew where to put crystal to help me heal during the session and different angels came in to help. I liked that I got to experience the other worlds and not someone telling me. As you know I’ve come four times not over the years to know more possibilities.
