CENTREFORCE TECHNOLOGY GROUP - QLD The newly developed SSAA member portal breaks new ground for communication with its members at a much lower cost than previous offerings. The portal offers an interactive Manual of Advice & Procedures, Online Shop, and all member resources in one place. R6 Digital has delivered a member portal that can be updated and provide new content as it comes to hand. Online training for SSAA members will grow, adding to the combined knowledge members have plus reducing their cost as staff move around. The SSAA uses Capsule CRM, and the R6 Digital team worked to integrate core elements to the member portal so that vital records can be updated. R6 Digital was honoured to work alongside the SSAA to deliver this latest hi-tech approach to information delivery for hundreds of members.

In the last 12 months, National Storage has implemented a mass rollout of solar photovoltaic systems to more than 50 centres in every state and territory across Australia as part of its energy efficiency program. With more than 1.3MW of solar panels having been installed to date, National Storage’s electricity usage is predicted to decrease by about 2GWh per annum, equating to about $400,000 in expected cost savings in FY2019.

Calcumate has taken the repetitive, yet crucial, task of estimating storage to an entirely new level that gives customers a ‘wow’ experience. Calcumate is a storage calculator that delivers 3D visualisations of household item combinations (provided by the customer) in real-time and, crucially, loaded in the most efficient way.
With Phase 1 completed in FY18/19, National Storage has embarked on Phase 2 of the energy efficiency program. Phase 2 will deliver an additional 40 centres, taking the total number of National Storage solar centres to nore than 100 (inclusive of centres with solar already installed before the implementation of the energy efficiency program).
The new member portal is an essential communication tool for the benefit of all SSAA members.

Working in collaboration with several local clients, including Storage King Rolleston, Storman has built an industry-leading storage management product, that focuses on: 1. Ensuring your facility sales and marketing opportunities are maximised 2. Having an efficient and easy to use product combined with the best payment solution in the industry 3. Giving “intelligent data” to its users, rather than just numbers. Storage King Rolleston deployed Storman Cloud with paperless move-ins, reservations and Storman Payment Services to become a completely paperless facility and leading to enhanced customer experience.
It has revolutionised the way that customers interact with the web site (a third of those looking to book, visit the page), enabling them to provide the information needed to get the perfect sized storage units for their needs. Plus show them the most efficient way to load it! The industry to date has relied on ‘best guess’ estimations that often result in wastage and less satisfactory customer experience.
There is a shift in the way in which facilities operate, and Storman Cloud is at the forefront of this.
