While he leads the company in sales techniques, marketing ideas and site supervisor monthly forums with his motivating and positive commentary, it is Mark's genuinely caring approach that allows him to build trust and establish meaningful relationships with his clients. Mark’s ability to listen and show empathy to every client no matter what the situation is a rare trait. He will do anything and everything, e.g. stay back late, drop the truck off to the client’s house after hours etc. if it means making it easier for his customers. Neil joined Storage King as Store Manager for Windsor Gardens on 29 January 2018. Neil’s energy, business acumen and focus on customer service and business improvement have resulted in growth in income. His achievements to date are: • Increased higher than 400sqm in the occupied area and increased rent roll • End to end removalist service, truck hire added more than $30k • Parcel King service – a recent addition • Merchandise sales have more than doubled due to Neil’s sales skills and efforts, including refurbishing/redecorating and merchandising the showroom, a new retail store on eBay. As a result, Neil’s store at Windsor Gardens received Storage King SA Regional awards: • Store of the Year 2018 • Best Merchandise

Tristan is a dynamic manager with a sales background. He focuses strongly on local community marketing and is well known in Dunedin. In the four years he has been with Storage King he has grown the business to an average of 10% year on year in rent roll and yield in a very competitive market. He has won the NZ best increase in Merchandise 2017, Manager of the Year 2017 and NZ local community marketing award 2018. He has also been nominated for the Manager of the Year Storage King Australia/NZ. Tristan is always proactive with tasks implemented by head office and takes great pride in his work.
