CAIRNS BEACHES STORAGE, SMITHFIELD

Cairns Beaches Storage began in 1986 with 22 units, built next door to sugarcane fields and little else. NATIONAL STORAGE, EARLVILLE

National Storage Earlville is a modern purpose-built storage centre located at 92-96 Ishmael Road within the established suburb of Earlville, approximately five kilometres south-west of Cairns Esplanade. The centre comprises a two-level building constructed in 2007 with a driveway around the exterior of the building and undercover loading docks. The office and reception are located at the front of the facility with a glass shopfront façade. The centre has circa 550 individually alarmed storage units, pin coded access and CCTV camera surveillance.

Big Blue Self Storage is a 100% locally owned and managed storage facility in Cairns that is operated under the watchful direction of the Edwards Family. Conveniently located in the busy industrial area of Edmonton in the South of Cairns and in the Northern Beaches gateway at Smithfield, the centre is both close to Cairns and in an area that is secure. This year on Day One of the Convention buses will take attendees to visit National Storage Earlville, Big Blue Self Storage Smithfield and Cairns Beaches Storage, Smithfield. Last year approximately 150 people attended these tours and the feedback was outstanding.
