However, Mr. & Mrs. Seller, this is your property, so you decide where you want to price your property. It’s my job to give you all the MLS data and recommend a list price based on my experience in addition to the hundreds of properties I have shown and sold over the years. I control the marketing, exposure, and how the house is presented, but the market ultimately controls and determines value.”

“During a seller’s market, it can be tough to get your offers accepted. Feverishly waiting for your client’s dream home can feel like an emotional rollercoaster, not just for your clients, but for you as a buyer’s agent as well. My suggestion stop waiting. Create the market for your buyers! My tip:
Have your buyers write out why they love the specific neighborhood/subdivision they want to move. Make it sweet, to the point and all about them. You can do this in a hand written letter or fancy postcard. Either way be proactive! “
