There’s a good reason Bruce Nemovitz is a Legend Award Winner, when it comes to our Realty Executives Brand, he is truly a Legend in his own time. The story of Bruce’s Team has a forty-plus year history, which includes the important role Bruce and his wife and team partner Jeanne, played in founding our Realty Executives Brand in Wisconsin from the beginning. In truth, Realty Executives would not exist in our area without Sales Executives like Bruce who began with the brandname of "Exec-U-Systems" for several years until our Realty Executives name was available for use in Wisconsin. Bruce was one of the original nine Sales Executives who took the risk on a new concept, and his pioneer spirit made it possible for us to benefit from our Realty Executives Brand today. Thank YOU Bruce and Jeanne for your years of loyalty and support!
As we fast forward to 2023, Bruce and Jeanne continue to pioneer new concepts, and forge new paths for others to follow. With a heart for other Realtors during a very difficult market in 2008, Bruce organized a “support group ” he calls “REAL", which still exists today Bruce knows what it takes to sell homes with 18% interest rates, he knows how to build relationships of trust, and he constantly looks for ways to grow his business by caring for others in need That’s the spirit which motivated Bruce and Jeanne to launch Bruce’s Team, which has become the leading Real Estate Team in the area specializing in Senior Housing, by helping the elderly “Move in the Right Direction”
Bruce and Jeanne have assured their legendary service will continue, with the support of their key team members Erica and Christine Bruce has authored two books on the topic, has created a training program (Brick by Brick), and has become the leading expert on providing solutions for our growing elderly population where they need it most Their entire team benefits from the high level expertise and quality service that Bruce’s Team has established over many years of integrity in the marketplace
