When Jim joined his wife Jodie to help form Team Perzacki ten years ago, he was still working his job with the Fire Department. His goal at that time was to continue his own real estate investing, and support Jodie in sales. Jim has not only met all those goals, he has far exceeded his highest expectations. And there’s a reason why Jim has become so successful and sought after for his real estate expertise. He cares about his customers and builds relationships of trust that lead to more and more business.

Jim has also been a constant learner, and has followed his path to success by completing Buffini Training and Star Power Training along with Jodie. A true leader, Jim tends to speak softly and leads by example of his actions. I have found Jim to be very humble, kind, a tremendous husband and father, and it is my privilege to call him “friend”!
