When Sarah Smart first started at Realty Executives Integrity, she was a high school student working at our Front Desk in the afternoons and weekends. Le’Keisha is happily married to her husband Sterling Roberts, and together they are raising three sons: Sterling Jr. (16), Bryson (13), and Jordan (9). Like their parents, the boys are actively involved in making a difference in their community, finding ways to give back, and sharing with others who are less fortunate. They are also great students and gifted athletes.
Sterling founded Young Life Milwaukee, and currently serves as the Area Director. Before Sterling moved back to Milwaukee for this purpose, Young Life did not exist in Milwaukee, and now it is thriving and making a difference in the lives of so many. Together, along with their team of volunteers, they are connecting with area youth who are looking for hope, meaning, and belonging. Their focus includes teen moms who need to know they are not alone, local kids who are looking for purpose, and middle school students who are aching for acceptance.
