Email or SMS customer receipts Send your customers digital receipts After eReceipts has been configured in your pharmacy, you are able to offer your customers the choice of a paper or digital receipt. If a customer is selected during the sale, Minfos intuitively pre-populates the saved mobile number or email on the eReceipt dialog. Where the customer’s contact details are not on file, the Retail Assistant is prompted to enter the preferred contact details for the customer.

You can also manually send the eReceipt to a different email address or phone number, where: • You haven’t selected a customer during the sale • The customer’s contact details aren’t in your system • The customer wants the eReceipt sent to an alternate contact Send eReceipts via: • Email or • SMS using a third party provider SMS requires integration with a third party provider.
