Search and find script information from one place

Using the Minfos Script Enquiry screen you can filter all prescription data to find scripts that match particular criteria.

Using a single screen, you can filter based on attributes such as:

• Customer • Dispense date • Drug • Facility • Drug scan check status • Scripts with outstanding repeats and more You can also:

• Enquire on the script to find more information • Open the Script Options window • Easily export information to a report or excel for further analysis

Manage up to 10 preferred generic suppliers

The Set Preferred Generic Suppliers functionality in Minfos enables you to configure your preferred dispense brands.

When a non-preferred brand is selected in dispense, Minfos will notify you if an equivalent item is available from one of your preferred brands. This functionality assists your dispense staff with selecting the preferred brand. With a large number of products out of stock and increasing generic suppliers available, the Set Preferred Generic Suppliers functionality has been extended to support up to 10 suppliers - ensuring Minfos will always prompt with your preferred generic supplier for the selected item in Dispense.

You can also set a specific product as ‘recommended’ and configure it to have priority over your preferred generic.

Update a prescriber while dispensing

It is now even easier to view and update a prescriber’s details while dispensing, simply click the pencil icon next to the prescriber’s code on the Dispense Form. This will open the selected prescriber in Prescriber Editing mode. Update the details as required and return to the Dispense Form.
