Add PDF attachments to customer profiles Easily access important customer documentation You can now add attachments, like medical reports, directly to customer profiles for easy access and reference. Attachments are managed via the Attachments tab in the customer profile. Key features include: • Ability to add a File Description for easy reference • Date attached automatically recorded and displayed • Use column header sorting to easily locate specific attachments • Attachments are backed up via existing Minfos backup process • When a customer with attachments is deleted, the attachments are also deleted • Attachments are retained for 36 months before being automatically deleted* *This time period is configurable. Please contact Minfos Support to have this period adjusted

Automatically dispense eligible scripts Managing NRMC’s has never been easier Automatically dispense NRMC supplies (for non-monitored items) that have been queued to the Quick Dispense Queue. This function allows you to start the Quick Dispense process and Minfos will automatically dispense the queued scripts, meaning you do not need to click through the Dispense Form. Any supplies that trigger a warning or error message requiring pharmacist intervention will not be dispensed and will be returned to the Quick Dispense Queue for you to review and correct, or Quick Dispense manually. The dispensed scripts are automatically charged to the customers accounts, saving you even more time. What’s more, you can also configure Minfos to automatically print dispense labels for: • All Auto Dispensed items • Non-Packed Auto Dispensed items • No Auto Dispensed items

Quickly categorise products via the Minfos App Unlock greater efficiency The latest Minfos App version allows you to seamlessly categorise products as you navigate the store. You can also: • Create orders • Reconcile received orders • Perform a stock-take • And queue labels for printing! The Minfos App is available from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Experience a new level of productivity on the go.

Enlarged Dispense Screen Sometimes bigger is better The Minfos Dispense Form is getting bigger! You can now choose to keep the dispense form at the current size or enlarge it to fit the screen. When set to the larger size: • The font on the screen is larger • You are able to see more patient history on screen • The eScript details dialog sits to the side of the screen rather than overlapping the form Contact your Minfos Account Manager if you would like to trial the enlarged screen.

New Account Payment Reconciliation screen Efficiently record account payments The Account Payment Reconciliation screen allows you to reconcile account payments that have been received via Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit. This option replaces the need to process each Bank Transfer/ Direct Deposit Account Payment via the Till. Key features include: • View outstanding accounts or all accounts • Filter by nursing home, hospital or third party • Sort accounts by account number, account name or store name • Reconcile a single account or multiple accounts at once • View summary of reconciled payments

Streamline the reconciliation of Direct Debit and Bank Transfer payments, saving you time and reducing errors.

Import and export orders Minfos provides the ability to import and export orders from Order Maintenance. Highlights include: • Export a Created, Issued or Received order • Import orders in CSV format • Reduced manual entry where orders are prepared outside Minfos but need to be electronically submitted • Ideal for shared orders – send exported orders to other pharmacy for importing

Ability to copy a script Copy a dispensed script in a patient’s history to create a new script The Copy Script option, from the Script Options menu, allows you to copy a dispensed script in a patient’s history to create a new script. The Copy Script function uses the below details from the copied script: • Patient details • Drug • Directions • Doctor • Rx Type • Quantity • Repeats • Streamlined Authority code, if applicable This option may be useful for quickly dispensing owing scripts or recording staged supplies. 011 \ Available now

Set Customer Account status We have introduced account status for account customers, allowing you greater control and visibility of your customer accounts. You can now set the status of each customer account as: • Active − A fully operational account − Sales and payments can both be made against the account

• Suspended − Account payments can be made but no sales can be charged to the account − Ideal for managing overdue accounts

• Inactive − No payments or sales can be charged to the account − Inactive accounts do not display at the Till − Access Inactive accounts via Customer Account Management

Add a date to directions on dispense labels Communicate important dates to your customers You can now configure Minfos to display the following information in the Directions field to print on the dispense label: • Script expiry date • Repeat interval date • Safety Net consequences date Each option can be configured individually and will automatically populate in the Directions field after selecting the Drug. The new date information is highlighted by default, enabling you to easily delete the information if not required.

Schedule Email Statements Choose the best time for your customers You can now configure Minfos to automatically email customer account statements at a specified time and date. As well as being convenient for your customers, this functionality can be a win for your pharmacy. Avoid automated emails sent after hours that can be easily ignored and select a time during your business day. Take a task off your to-do list and save time by scheduling email statements to automatically send.

Avoid Gross Profit issues in Dispense Configurable prompt for items without a unit cost Minfos highlights items with negative GP% to assist pharmacies to correct any pricing issues before they affect profit margins. To further assist you in avoiding lost profit, you can now configure an optional prompt to display when an item being dispensed does not have a unit cost. The dispenser can then update the unit cost before continuing with the script. It’s just another way Minfos can help you stay on top of your pricing!

Live ordering Next generation ordering technology Minfos Live Ordering is a project set to transform our ordering platform. Imagine a seamless process where the system takes charge, making data-driven decisions, and automating ordering processes, including sending orders before the cutoff time. Product driven orders will constantly update based on stock movement, changes to order attributes and supplier deals, automatically selecting the supplier that has the best deal the stock required.

Electronic medication charts for residential aged care facilities As part of the electronic prescribing initiative, electronic National Residential Medication Charts (eNRMC) will soon be available for use in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF). eNRMCs will be fully integrated within Minfos Dispense and comply with the Electronic Prescribing Conformance Profile v3.01.

Make claims directly from Minfos via HICAPS HICAPS makes it easy and fast to claim from programs HICAPS allows your pharmacy to submit claims on behalf of patients to their various programs. Minfos has integrated with HICAPS to allow this claiming to be actioned from Minfos using the prescription data. This integration removes the need for manual entry into another claiming program or the patient having to handle the claim themselves. Key features: • Easily manage the patient’s programs in their Minfos profile • Run a predetermination to indicate how much of the script will be covered • Efficiently make the claim within the Dispense workflow • Minfos sends the gap amount to the till for fast processing • Patient only pays the gap amount The Minfos integration with HICAPS currently provides claiming to TAC. Additional programs will be added in the future.
