Here’s how it works

The Minfos eQueue is a fully integrated electronic queuing system enabling you to manage all of your scripts (paper and electronic). You can access eQueue from the Till or Dispense providing flexibility and support for forward dispensing and ‘scripts in counter’ models.

With the eQueue you can group scripts together, similar to a physical basket, for multiple scripts, mixed types of scripts and for different patients. You can even access a patient’s Active Script List directly from eQueue to easily add scripts to their basket

Other key features of Minfos eQueue:

• Minfos prioritises the order of the eQueue for you based on if the patient is waiting or when they are calling back • Easily view basket details, including waiting or calling back status, number of scripts and notes • When queuing a basket add a patient request for a

PRF, CMI, tax invoice or to speak to the pharmacist • Edit customer details, add or update the basket from the queue • Customise to print a pharmacy and/or customer docket when a basket is queued

• Third parties, e.g. customer apps, can also add scripts to the Minfos eQueue

• Minfos automatically removes the basket from the eQueue when dispensing has completed

• Minfos eQueue does not require any additional hardware or software.
