Orpington Village Halls Dementia support
The Dementia Cafe is closed during COVID-19 but we still want to support our cafe friends.
Cost: Free Contact: Either call the halls on 01689 891828 and leave your name and number, or send us an email to remotesupport@orpingtonvillagehall.org.uk We have put together an email-able pack of resources that may be useful to our cafe visitors as well as any new friends currently confined to their homes. Our Cafe volunteers would also like to phone any of our cafe visitors should you be welcome of a call! Residents who would like to assist our response to Covid-19 by volunteering their time and services in support for those in need are being encouraged to register via the Bromley Council website: https://www. bromley.gov.uk/VolunteerApplicationForm. Please note that this is a community coordinated response led by the council, should your help be called upon, you should continue at all times to follow the advice given by Public Health England and the council.
