The Transitions course offers young adults and early school leavers the opportunity to explore their future and employment options in areas such as office administration, retail, catering, and hospitality. We encourage the students to explore other options such as future education, third level education, further training, or apprenticeships. We look at all areas that the student feels best suits their needs, abilities, and lifestyle. We help and encourage students to identify their own strengths and goals as well as providing the practical experience and skills necessary to demonstrate communication, self-advocacy, independence, and teamwork. This is completed through completing CV building, interview skills, work experience, independent living skills, health & safety awareness and much more.
