Human Resources Management QQI Level 6

Many companies are currently implementing hybrid working for the first time. Companies need to ensure that they are well situated to ensure successful remote, hybrid and onsite people management that drives both culture and productivity in their working. This course will make the shifting human resource management landscape relatable in a practical approach. Participants will learn about techniques to prepare for a company’s future.

PROGRESSION FOCUSED

Entry Requirements Leaving Certificate or equivalent standard of education. Basic computer experience desirable. Learners will also be subject to an online assessment.

Cost €220 – please note that there is funding available for this course under Skills to Advance, thus reducing the cost to €66.
