support your brothers and sisters build a more inclusive industry give back to your community The Electrical Workers Minority Caucus advocates for greater diversity and inclusiveness within IBEW Local 103 and in the construction industry at large. We identify areas for improvement and practical steps forward, and we strive to ensure that the voices of minority workers are heard and their concerns are met. We also organize dozens of charitable actions in our local communities and actively conduct membership recruitment at vocational middle and high schools. Our goal is to advance our union’s mission of building a truly equitable construction industry, where people from all backgrounds feel welcome to build a rewarding career. We hope you’ll join us!
