Happy 90th J.C. Waller!
American Red Cross offering free smoke alarms installations The American Red Cross is asking every household in America to join in taking two simple steps that can save lives: check or install smoke alarms and practice fire drills at home.
The family and friends of J.C. Waller wanted to wish him a happy 90th birthday. Waller, a life-long Howe resident, will turn 90 on Wednesday, September 14.
