RLY 5
Signal name: Telescoping control relay output <4th/top boom sections telescope> The relay turns ON (DC24V) under either of following condition and 4th/top boom sections telescope. 1. The boom length is 12.9m or more. 2. The boom length is 12.5 -- 12.9m and 4th/top boom extension switch is "ON" (Di28 / 0V). 3. The boom length is 12.5 -- 12.9m and 4th/top boom full retraction detection switch is "OFF" (Di3 / 24V). <2nd•3rd boom section telescope> The relay turns OFF (DC0V) (under either of following condition) and 2nd•3rd boom section telescope. 1. The boom length is 12.5m or less. 2. The boom length is 12.5 -- 12.9m and 4th/top boom full retraction detector switch is "ON" (Di3 / DC0V). Relay ON (DC24V): 4th/top boom sections telescope. Relay OFF (DC0V): 2nd•3rd boom section telescope.
RLY 7
Signal name: Two-blocking alarm relay output This relay contact turns ON and the alarm buzzer is output when the hook block is two-blocking. Relay ON (DC24V): Alarm buzzer is output. Relay OFF (DC0V): Alarm buzzer is not output.
RLY 8
Signal name: HOOK-IN control relay output When the HOOK-IN operation is performed, this relay contact turns ON, automatic stop (AML vent) relay output RLY1 turns OFF, and the pressure in the winch hydraulic circuit drops. Relay ON (DC24V): The pressure in the winch hydraulic circuit drops. Relay OFF (DC0V): The pressure in the winch hydraulic circuit is normal. When all the following conditions are satisfied, the AML assumes that the HOOK-IN operation is performed. (1) PTO switch is ON. (2) Boom lift or single top lift status is registered in the AML. (3) Boom is fully retracted. (*1) (4) Boom angle is 2° or less. (*1): When the 2nd/3rd boom section full retraction detection switch contact is closed, the AML assumes that the boom is fully retracted.

Signal name: Main winch hoist-up operation detection switch input Input from the switch detecting hoist-up operation of the main winch. Switch ON (DC0V): No hoist-up operation of the main winch is detected. Switch OFF (DC5V): Hoist-up operation of the main winch is detected.
