See the Operator’s Manual for the specified hydraulic fluid, engine coolant and correct levels.

Fill the hydraulic reservoir with the specified oil.

Fill the radiator and engine block with the specified coolant.

Bleed the fuel system by following the procedures in the Service / As Requir ed section of the Engine Operation and Maintenance Manual.

STEP 46

Install the radiator cover. Complete Steps 11 and 12 of Section 800 for the correct procedure.

STEP 44

Install the engine cover. Complete Steps 4 through 6 of Section 800 for the correct procedure.

Start the engine and r un until the coolant has reached operating temperature. Adjust the throttle cable linkage until the engine speed is 1100 RPM at low idle and 2700 to 2800 RPM at high idle.

STEP 47

Check the hydraulic functions for proper operation. Shut off the engine and check for leaks and correct fluid levels.
