__________________________________________________ Installation Fitting the chain locking device Place the two outer parts (claws) on the adaptor pan and fasten them by inserting the pins into the respective bores provided in the upper profile of the pan. The closed end of the outer parts should face in pulling direction. Secure the claws by turning the pins half a turn. Place the center part on a horizontal chain link between two chain flights and the open end of the claws.

Next, pull the center part slowly into the outer parts until it meets with resistance. Connect the parts by inserting the respective pins and secure the pins in the same way as the outer part pins by turning them one half turn.
