Mental Health Awareness Month Dr. Birch speaks at SHE RECOVERS Symposium Morgan Birch, DO, a provider at our Bishop Street Clinic, was honored to speak at the recent She Recovers Symposium aimed at helping women recover and thrive. Dr. Birch was asked to speak because of her experience with addiction treatment. Dr. Birch presented a session about integrated care and community partnerships. She discussed how she and colleagues at the Bishop Street Clinic integrated behavioral health services into health care while also leveraging local resources to support addiction prevention, treatment, and recovery. Dr. Birch also sat on a panel that looked at dismantling the barriers to care for women everywhere who are faced with substance use disorders or other mental health conditions. We are thankful for Dr. Birch's dedication to all of the patients in our community and the exceptional care she provides.
