CMAA Pinning Ceremony

Clinical Medical Administrative Assistants (CMAAs) Pinning Ceremony

A cohort of twenty-two Grace Health employees received their Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) pins in March, signifying completion of the 7-week program and passing the national certification exam. In addition to working full time and taking care of families, each employee completed nearly 80 modules and 80 assessments with 95% accuracy in the training and a 100% pass rate for the national certification exam. Out of over 100 Grace Health employees who have taken the exam in the past three years, Loretta Reedy and Tracy Reid placed in the top 20. Crystal Bobbitt and Ginger Gould were also recognized for tying for the top third score in their class.

At the ceremony, CEO Michael Stanley commended each graduate for understanding the strategic plan of giving people in our community access to quality care and demonstrating those skills in our Grace Health clinics.

Congrats to all grads!
