Learn to Skate
The skating program includes six levels of progression beginning with developing fundamental movement skills and physical literacy. It guides children in their skill development to become competent and confident with their athletic and physical abilities. CSA approved helmets are required for all skating programs.
Physical Literacy Excellence Active for Life
Parent and Tot Learn to Skate Parent and Tot Learn to Skate is designed to introduce new skaters to the fundamental skating skills with the assistance of a parent. Instructors lead parents and children through various games and activities to make the children reach a comfort level on the ice. Parent & Tot Learn to Skate 3 to 4 years

Learn to Skate
Children progress through six program levels after successful completion of items. If needed children will be assessed on the first day of lessons to determine appropriate level. The program will provide children with a great foundation for future ice sports, including figure skating, hockey, speed skating and ringette. Learn to Skate Level 1/2/3 5 to 15 years

Hockey Skills and Drills Children will be taught the fundamental skating skills necessary to complement their game playing skills. Children will be taught proper technique to develop maximum speed, balance and agility. Each exercise will be learned correctly - which means slowly at first and then increasing speed as proper technique is achieved. No hockey gear will be needed. Hockey sticks will be required. *Must have passed level 4 Learn to Skate* Hockey Skills and Drills 8 to 15 years
