All Hallows Sixth Form provides a variety of opportunities for post 16 studies. ADVANCED COURSES Advanced courses, including A levels and BTEC’s (Level 3), are the main routes into higher education, higher apprenticeships and employment. These are full-time two year courses. Entry requirements for Advanced level study are a minimum of five GCSEs 9-4, including grade 4 English and Maths. Subject specific requirements are detailed on the following pages. Students will choose three or four subjects to study from the A level courses on offer or a combination of A level courses and Level 3 Vocational qualifications. Subjects are examined at the end of two years of study.
Level 2 Courses Students who have not achieved a grade 4 in English or Maths have the opportunity to repeat these. Macclesfield Football Academy Our partnership with Macclesfield Town Football Academy, provides an opportunity for students to combine their academic programme of studies with training as part of the Football Academy.
