Economics A Level

Overview

This A Level introduces students to economics through building knowledge of core microeconomic, macroeconomic and business concepts. Students then apply this knowledge to business contexts in the assessments at the end of each year. Students study 4 themes over a 2 year programme of study:

There is no coursework in this A Level. It is 100% examination assessed at the end of Year 13. 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4, including Maths grade 5 and English Language
