Enjoy a variety of cardio and strength building exercises using little to no equipment and finish with some light stretching. All fitness levels welcome, no experience necessary. Strength & Sculpt Enjoy a guided small group workout in the weight room with strength in mind. Using a variety of equipment, participants will be taught proper exercise techniques, training principles and exercise application. Each class will have a set program design and modifications will be made for each exercise provided based on strength, mobility and experience.
