Workshop: Building Endurance
Ages 13+
Do you have a fitness goal that revolves around endurance? Maybe you want to run a 10km race, compete in a triathlon or maybe you enjoy recreational running or swimming. If so, this workshop will teach you how to put together an effective weight training program to help you achieve those goals. Topics can range from accessory muscle development, exercise prescription for endurance as well as injury prevention.

Workshop: Lifts, Presses and Squats Ages 13+
This workshop will cover proper form, safety tips, and drills for working up to the major compound lifts of squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press, row, and hang cleans. Working with a personal trainer, participants will move through all of the stages of the lifts with opportunities for questions and form correction.

Workshop: Push and Pull: Creating a Balanced Program
Ages 13+
This workshops addresses creating balance in your program design. This will include free weights vs. machines, push vs. pull, and different training splits such as upper and lower body.
