PTO ACCRUAL SCHEDULE Office and Exempt Employees Full time exempt and office employees will accrue PTO based on the following schedule:

Field Employees Field employees will accrue PTO based on the following schedule: The minimum amount of PTO you can use at one time is no less than one hour off at a time.

CARRY OVER AND CASH OUT OPTION

Employees will not be allowed to carry over any unused PTO. Non-exempt employees who have a balance of unused PTO at the end of the Calendar year will be able to request payment for up to 40 Hrs. of unused PTO.
