Good day Team,
We’re back at that time of year again, when we have just closed our fiscal year at the end of September, Halloween has come & gone in October and now looking forward to what the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays will be bringing to ourselves and our families. Good tidings, I hope and, I’m sure. I wanted to start off this Fall’s newsletter message by relaying to you some highlights of this past fiscal year.
#1, we had the best year ever for the organization with record revenue and corporate operating profit for William R. Nash. As we all know, this only happens when there is a total team effort, and I just wanted to thank all of you, it certainly shows what we can accomplish when we work together. The #1 producing division in all the HB Mechanical Group of companies for FY2024, you should be so proud! That also means we met our COP target set by HBMG at the beginning of the fiscal year and we have been authorized to release FY2024 bonus payments to all eligible team members in early to mid-December, Congratulations!
#2, this year’s health insurance renewal with Florida Blue, effective November 1st, for all our enrolled team members came in at a 0% rate increase with no change in your plan benefits. That my friends is a bigger accomplishment than you might think. No one currently in the plan must pay more for their health insurance than they had too last year. Let’s see if we can keep that trend going!
#3, at this year’s ABC “Excellence in Construction” awards banquet, William R. Nash was honored with 6 project awards, 4 “Eagles”, which is 2 more than we won last year and 2 “Pyramids”. Once again, thanks to our OP’s team for their hard work and dedication to their craft.
Last of all, in 2024 we were again awarded the designation as an “Accredited Quality Contractor” and maintained our “Platinum” status in the ABC “STEP” (Safety Training Evaluation Process) program, both of these designations signify our commitment we have concerning Quality and Safety in the workplace and in all that we do!
I want you all to know that I believe we had a fantastic year here at Nash for 2024 and what a pleasure it is to work for such a great company, I hope you feel that way as well. I hope you enjoy the rest of the newsletter, there are lots of good things in there to read and hope to see all of you at either the upcoming “Holiday Company Picnic” in Florida, or our “Holiday Party” in South Carolina and The Virgin Islands.
As always, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns for the good of the organization, please feel free to reach out and give me a call at 305-728-3420 or send me an email at russell.nash@wrnash.com.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Each recipient is nominated by their supervisor and this nomination is brought to the leadership team for review. The coins accrue to gift card prizes which the recipient can spend how he/she pleases! Congratulations to everyone who has received this recognition!
