A: In a way, we have been part of Tradition since day one. The Gresser family was one of the original DiNovo investors. We have officially been with Tradition over 10 years for our 401K plan and personal wealth management. We’ve also had numerous mortgages on residential properties, our headquarter building, and Bellerieve, our luxury residential development in Eden Prairie. Q: How did you find Tradition? A: I was familiar with the Enebak name through their excellent reputation in construction. I was also an early patron at the Legends Club and knew they did things with class, and the right way. When Tradition Capital Bank was started, we were introduced and knew that they were people who were “hand shake operators”, someone whose handshake and word is as valuable as any contract you could ever sign.
Q: Which Tradition entities do you do business with? A: All of them. I've even been to the Tradition Golf Club in LaQuinta, CA. Q: What makes you continue to use Tradition?
ABOUT GRESSER COMPANIES Founded in 1969 in the Gresser family basement and now employing 200 people in the commercial concrete and masonry construction industry specializing in large scale projects. Gresser has spawned other businesses such as Recon Retaining Wall Systems, which has more than 50 licensees in 16 countries. They have also co-founded PrimeX of North America with European partners to license PrimXComposite, the world's First Jointless Concrete Floor. Gresser Co was the first North American Licensee of the technology and has since added licensees in 17 states and Ontario, and placed four million square feet of the product in North America. A: Tradition is filled with great people with great standards. It's like the old way of doing business and banking they know your name, they value your loyalty, and they work to make your experience simple and easy. From an entrepreneurial background, they also understand that things don't always go as planned and they work with you through bumps in the road. Very different than the big corporate banks of the world, but they still have the horsepower to get things done.
