An unpredictable interest rate environment has made for an interesting first half of 2019. Despite a slow start to the year, a drastic drop in rates in second quarter has propelled TM to some of the largest volume months on record for May and June. In fact, TM funded over $101 Million in loan volume in May alone!
NEW WEBSITE LAUNCH
A brand new Tradition Mortgage website was released in March. Beyond the new clean and modern look, the site features a new online loan application, borrower document
assets while applying for their loan. These investments and upgrades all help to improve and streamline the mortgage process to create a truly digital process for our clients.

New construction continues to be a large part of our business. We are fortunate to partner with some of the top builders in the Twin Cities metro, western Wisconsin, and Iowa, to help clients on their journey to building their dream homes. Our staff embodies our belief that we live, work, and reinvest in our communities. We do this through our schools, youth sports, local charities, and various other organizations. A recent highlight in May was a group of mortgage employees spent the morning with over 60 youth from the DinoMights organization helping them learn to skate at Richfield Ice Arena.
