An unpredictable interest rate environment has made for an interesting first half of 2019. Despite a slow start to the year, a drastic drop in rates in second quarter has propelled TM to some of the largest volume months on record for May and June. In fact, TM funded over $101 Million in loan volume in May alone!

Our staff embodies our belief that we live, work, and reinvest in our communities. We do this through our schools, youth sports, local charities, and various other organizations. A recent highlight in May was a group of mortgage employees spent the morning with over 60 youth from the DinoMights organization helping them learn to skate at Richfield Ice Arena.
