WHAT’S GOING ON IN 2019

It was a long winter with cold temperatures and record snowfall, which led to a later start than usual. When spring arrived, it brought record amounts of rainfall, which isn’t a good combination. We continue to work through it by pushing off the mud and working hard in order to keep making progress for our clients. A few jobs we are working on this season are:

SPIRIT OF BRANDTJEN FARM - 21ST

Tradition Development has a new addition in Spirit of Brandtjen Farm that ECC has started the grading on. Later this summer we will start installing utilities and follow up with the installation of the streets. When this first phase of construction is done, it will make room for around 100 new lots for Robert Thomas Homes to build on.

NE SEWER DISTRICT IMPROVEMENTS
