Homes by Tradition has had a nice increase in activity of custom homes and remodeling over the first and second quarter of 2019. We are working with a number of customers on large acreage properties with demolition of existing structures to build new custom homes in their place. A few amazing lake home projects are underway, which offer high exposure for our brand and showcase distinctive architectural design. The remodeling arm of our business has really picked up as well. Many basement finish, renovation and addition projects are in progress or starting soon, ranging in price from $125,000 - $500,000.
