Four years ago, Kyle Desmond was at a crossroads with his career. He and his wife, Lyndsey, were also expecting their second child. With 14 years of sales experience and a desire to have his own business, Kyle was ready to make a career change that would support his growing family and fulfill his dream of entrepreneurship while helping others.
Real estate was a natural fit for Kyle as it was something he had often thought about but hadn’t yet pursued. “I was ready for a change,” Kyle recalled. “I made a list of careers that were compatible with my background as well as something that would allow me the flexibility to design my own business and set my own schedule — needless to say, real estate was at the top of my list.” Today, Kyle is a licensed real estate agent at Hall & Hunter Realtors with a career volume over $28 million. He has been recognized as an “Hour Detroit” Real Estate All-Star, a top producer in Oakland County and a rising star at Hall & Hunter. Kyle shared how grateful he is for the relationships that his real estate business has given him. “I make it a priority to help my clients every step of the way,” he said. “It is so rewarding when realproducersmag.com

clients become friends long after the sales transaction is complete.” Additionally, Kyle values the friendships he finds within his office, among other agents and alongside his business partners. Kyle goes to great lengths to treat every client as if they are family — an important character trait he learned from his father. As a young boy, Kyle watched his dad run the family business — AJ Desmond and Sons Funeral Home — and serve within their community. “My dad had a huge influence on me,” Kyle shared. “I watched how he made a lasting impact on people through his care and service. That was, and still is, very inspirational to me.” Kyle continues his dad’s legacy in his real estate career with his attention to client service and loyalty to those around him. “I am present in everything I do, which keeps me focused and gives me the opportunity to listen.
