AL Abdallah is a REALTOR® who marches to the beat of his own drum. He has proven himself as an award-winning real estate agent known for his impeccable client service. He managed his parents’ deli restaurant and is an accomplished professional drummer who has traveled the world.

For 23 years, AL has established a unique rhythm to his real estate business. He is an extremely service-driven agent who prides himself on getting his buyers and sellers what they want for the price they want. “I don’t like losing and failure only makes me work harder to succeed,” AL explained. “I am so service-driven that sometimes I find it hard to ‘clock-out’ from my work — but I know if I provide great service, I will get great results.”
AL’s brother, Dave, helped sell their parents’ home and soon after went into real estate for himself. Inspired by his brother’s success, AL was motivated to also become a real estate agent and pursue his own dreams of entrepreneurship and having more control over his income. “I wanted to create my own destiny,” AL said. “I am also drawn to helping others — there’s no greater satisfaction than helping people accomplish their dreams.”
After years of playing and touring with a band, it’s no surprise that AL understands the value of mentoring others and providing support and encouragement to a group. Through his daily and weekly collaboration classes, AL offers advice and idea sessions to fellow real estate professionals. “I believe life is all about giving and taking — not just taking,” AL said. “If you give, you get.”

AL also offers real estate tips and suggestions on social media. “I love helping good agents turn into mega producers,” he shared. “I am an advocate for agents finding their own voice in real estate; helping others be better than me — rather than imitate me — is a legacy I want to be remembered for.”
Social media plays an important role in AL’s marketing, recruiting, referrals and client testimonials. “The most rewarding part of my business is when my clients post a video testimonial about my service,” AL said. AL’s website, www.ALsellsIT.com, is a comprehensive resource for future and current clients as well as for other real estate agents. His YouTube videos offer easy-to-understand real estate advice and best business practice knowledge.

AL was born in Lebanon and came to the United States with his family at the age of 2. He has been married to his wife, Rola, for 20 years. Their son — Hussein, 18 — is in college, and their daughter — Evana, 13 — is in middle school. Together, they enjoy playing basketball, volleyball, snow and water skiing, and summer days on their boat.
AL manages AL Abdallah TEAM International and closed more than 120 transactions last year. He is an independent agent at eXp Realty and is current- ly working on expanding his business by adding agents locally, nationally and even internationally. He views himself as a hunter versus a fisherman, saying, “I love to look for business and not wait for it.” AL’s slogan is “great service and great results” — a motto worthy of a standing ovation.
