Re-Wild Your Water

Kangan water is possibly the healthiest restructured water available on the planet. There are a range of machines and products available to suit all countries, interest free terms (conditions apply) and Enagic’s distribution network is global making it easy to get a machine in your home in virtually any country!

“The world is using almost 500 Billion plastic water bottles every year, the majority of which end up in our landfills and oceans. Transforming ordinary tap water into structured, hydrogen rich, electrolysed reduced water essential for health and wellbeing is the answer to this staggering problem.”

“Our Earth is a giant container of water, from which all forms of life arose. And every living thing is itself essentially a container of water. Like the Earth, we are 70 percent water. It follows, naturally, that the health of the Earth is directly proportionate to the health of ourselves.”

“Not only does drinking and utilising Kangan water for cleaning and toxin removal purposes create a healthy life, there’s a unique business opportunity that allows people to live a lifestyle that is financially rewarding as well.”

Ed’s Letter

It’s hard to believe that 2022 is nearly gone. It’s been an amazing year with so much happening, personally, and within the state of Victoria under the dictatorship of Dan Andrews, right around my beloved Australia and globally.

The rain across Oz and in country Victoria have created havoc for many people, destroying lives and livelihoods. My heart goes out to everyone being affected by the floods. Many of my friends have been impacted and it’s very hard to watch.

Seeing communities coming together to help their fellow residents have offered so much hope and is amazing. It’s so stupid and sad that politics and agendas for organisations has meant certain volunteers can’t help due to their health choices, simply because others, who crave control over them, have mandated it. I’m sorry, it’s a big load of frog S&@T!

Common sense is fast going out the door with governments and ‘bought’ media forcing

fear down people’s throats like there’s no tomorrow. The system of control we are living under is getting worse and, what’s more is that many people are compliant and happy to let it happen in front of their faces - without saying a word. Seriously happy, they are being herded into the big round yard, to be controlled by every outside source that sees themselves as better than others! When is this going to end?

I would like to believe that 2023 is going to be a better year all round, especially if people can band together and stand up to the tyranny and lies being sold to us. If the everyday person can see the lies, then maybe we can turn things around and get our freedoms back.

It’s something that I am keen on doing and would like to see the world heading into a better space. It seems to be a pretty tall order; however it starts with us and our family. It can then grow to our circle of friends, into the work place and flow onwards through the community. If you hear yourself saying, “I am only one person, so how can I make a difference?” Well, the above words are how. It all starts with one person!

The Jan/Feb issue will look at the Elephant in the Room. How many times have you heard spin doctors and pollies asked a direct question and then answer with some made up diatribe that doesn’t even come close to the right answer? That’s your elephant!

“Seeing communities coming together to help their fellow residents have offered so much hope and is amazing.”

I’d love you to email me details on your ‘elephant’. What situation for you is so obvious to fix, yet no-one wants to look at the solution?

For example, there are work shortages across the country. Everywhere you look there are signs pleading for workers and staff. With so many out of work, why aren’t they getting these jobs? The government are spruiking low employment figures, yet where are the people to fill the jobs? With mandates gone, many companies are still only employing jabbed people. Unjabbed people are being discriminated against continually, even at Centrelink doors. No Jab No Pay! How do we fix this most obvious and stupid Elephant?

I’d love to hear your thoughts. Email: editor@supernalmagazineaustralia.com.au and let us know what to look into!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Christmas is supposed to be about family and friends, yet so many people feel lonely at this time of year for a raft of reasons. This year I’d take it as a personal favour should all Supernal readers take some time out to connect with folks who might need a friendly smile and some quiet support over the holidays

I want to send a HUGE shout out to the Supernal team for their help and support getting Supernal Magazine out there, keeping it fresh and growing! Without the team, Supernal simply wouldn’t exist. No words can really describe my gratitude to everyone who is helping this great magazine become greater month by month.

THANK YOU!

2023 and Supernal

Next year we will continue to publish bi-monthly. The demands on getting a magazine out monthly and earning an income from other sources is making it tough. We are really looking forward to our 5th year as a FREE publication and there’s so much more that we offer in the form of podcasts, videos and even getting our heads around social media.

There are so many plans for the year ahead that I can’t list them all. We are looking to expand the Supernal team with new writers, some fresh faces and a push to gather more advertisers with products and services that align with Supernal’s ethics and values.

We hope you’ll join us for the amazing ride that will be 2023!

Northern Rivers – Buy Back Scheme NEWS

It’s been eight long months since floods devastated much of the NSW Northern Rivers region. People have lived in a state of limbo, unaware of what the future could mean for them. However, the NSW state and federal government have recently announced $800 million in funding to help people move or to make their home more flood resilient.

About 6,000 home owners in the Lismore, Byron, Ballina, Tweed, Richmond Valley, Kyogle and Clarence Valley Shires will be eligible to raise, repair, refurbish, or sell their home as part of this joint buyback program.

The program offers three possibilities for home-owners: buybacks, house-raising and retro-fitting homes.

• $700 million for retrofitting ($50,000 per home), house raising ($100,000 per home) or, in locations where the flood annual exceedance probability is greater than one in five, housing buybacks.

• $100 million for the acquisition of land to provide local options to people who decide to relocate through the buyback program.

Eligible home-owners will be offered one of the three available measures, based on expert property valuations, data on the severity of floods, safety risks and potential future flood levels.

Home-owners with properties directly damaged either by floodwater or landslips will also be considered. Residents could choose to sell their home to the government, believed to be in pre-flood values, giving them the funds required to resettle without the financial burden.

NSW Deputy Premier and Minister for Regional NSW, Paul Toole, outlined that, “There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to building back and this program offers multiple measures to help residents stay in the region in homes that can better withstand future floods.”

An information seminar was held on Friday 4th November to provide residents with more

information on their claim entitlements through the flood property assessment program. The program offers a free, detailed assessment report, which includes a wide range of repair work and an estimate of repair costs. You can find more information HERE

After registering with Services NSW to complete the report, a designated Johns Lyng case manager will contact residents to initiate a building inspection. They will then provide an assessment report outlining the damage and costs involved to enable residents to decide on their best option to move forward.

Residents are encouraged to discuss their eligibility for assistance with Service NSW by calling 13 77 88 or visiting one of the many flood recovery centres in the region.

NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet said, “We will work with the Northern Rivers community to ensure repairs, retrofitting and voluntary buy-backs are undertaken in a way that will better protect people and their homes from future flood events.”

On 22 October, the Northern Rivers received further flood warnings after the predicted heavy rains. Residents in these areas are experiencing enormous anxiety, many still trying to recover from the floods in February.

Emergency Services and Resilience Minister Steph Cook said, “She ‘understood the anxiety’ being felt by people in the Northern Rivers and north coast, where towns have experienced two major floods in 2022.”

NSW State Emergency Service (SES) Commissioner Carlene York, stated that the SES had already stationed more boats and resources in the Northern Rivers and had set up a command centre in Goonellabah.

Flood plans were launched, warnings were issued by emergency services and people have been more prepared this time. Fortunately, the predictions were not as severe as they had expected.

Ms Cook says, “A La Nina is expected to bring a long season of wet weather.”

It is certain that many people in the northern rivers did not want to hear this news, especially when wet weather conditions cause so much delay in the construction process.

Mr Albanese has weighed in on things too stating that, “We know this repeated, relentless flooding can be emotionally

and financially draining and we want communities to know we will be there to support them now, and as they recover,” Let’s hope they, the government, actually stand by their words.

We’ll see how this buy-back scheme will develop in the next few weeks as more people begin the assessment process and have more information available.

Doctors Against Mandates NEWS

Geoff Cantor (Rama Films) has created two important videos for Doctors Against Mandates. These videos offer viewers information about mandates, the Supreme Court information and some disturbing evidence of infertility numbers. We asked Dr Andrew McIntyre for some further details.

Who are Doctors Against Mandates?

“Doctors against mandates was born from a large group of Queensland specialists and GPs, who were extremely concerned over the management of the pandemic, which didn’t appear to be following the scientific evidence in any area of management, including lockdowns, off label drugs, inadequately tested vaccines, masks and more.

“We had email group discussions, zoom calls and in-person meetings well before the mandates were introduced. We missed our chance to challenge the initial mandate, as a judicial review must be lodged within 28 days of the decision. However, when the mandates continued, despite solid evidence of negative efficacy and failure to prevent transmission,

a subgroup of us, all unable to work because of them, funded a judicial review of the continuation decision made by the CHO.

“We started a public funding appeal and have delivered multiple public information lectures in SE Queensland, which is ongoing. Ten days after we lodged expert evidence and our own affidavits, the CHO mandate was dropped. However, employer mandates in healthcare facilities continue, which is our next target, as there is no legal requirement for those mandates to be in place.

“Our observation is that the government does not want scientific evidence aired in court and will duck and weave to prevent that. A professionally compiled and detailed analysis of the NSW data is available for download on our website. Our sole mission; to fight unethical mandates in court while fully supporting other organisations, such as AMPS (Australian Medical Professions Society) and AMN (Australian Medical Network) which covers broader areas.”

Who is Dr Andrew McIntyre?

“I am a consultant Gastroenterologist (MBBS (Qld) FRACP) working on the Sunshine Coast since 1990 and running a busy day surgery, which has been able to lift the

vaccine mandates since the CHO mandates were dropped. Since most private hospitals have left them in place, despite the freedom to drop them, I am still unable to admit patients for interventional endoscopy procedures that I previously specialised in.”

For the Love of Reading

What is Reading For Sure, why was it developed and where?

“Reading for Sure is a specialised program originally developed to help young people who had fallen behind or not been able to learn to read. Clinical Psychologist and Educator Dr Julia Solomon, recognised that the reason these students had behavioural and anxiety issues was the lack of literacy to cope with the demands of school.

child begins formal learning the ability to read may not develop. We must also consider that not all brains are wired the same and therefore many children will need extra help to attain the ability to read.

“Reading is a complex process for the brain. If the brain is not stimulated in the correct way through early childhood, as the

“In 1992, Dr Solomon believed that everyone had the right to be literate and set about developing an alternative method of reading instruction. The current instruction methods were leaving many young people and adults unable to read and write and in danger of being socially and economically disadvantaged, through no fault of their own. So, in a small office in West Perth Western Australia, Reading For Sure was born.

“As a systematic, explicit phonics-based program, it was the opposite of the teaching methods at the time. Phonics had been dismissed by a considerable number of educators as something that did not work, since English is not 100 percent phonetic. While that is true, a vast number of English words are, while a lesser amount are not. Therefore, the challenge for Dr Solomon was what to do about them.

“With her extensive knowledge of how children learn and her experiences with other languages, Dr Solomon was able to produce a solution that solved the shortcomings of traditional phonics.

“The main difficulty with English is that there are eighteen vowel sounds and only five vowel letters. The eighteen vowel sounds can each be spelt a

multitude of ways and are difficult for most students to memorise. Learning the spelling rules is also problematic, as there are around 52 rules and most have a lengthy list of exceptions. The solution to this was to give each of these vowel sounds a diacritical mark. This would be inserted above or below the text, to clue a student to the sound related to the spelling. This, coupled with the teaching of how to sound-blend a word, resulted in vast improvements in a student’s reading in a very short time. The diacritical marks and teaching methods improve reading accuracy resulting in improved comprehension and spelling.

“Over time, Dr Solomon extended her program to help students from three years old through to adults to improve all aspects of their English literacy.

How did you get started in Reading For Sure?

“In 1998 I heard about Reading for Sure and, with dyslexic readers in my extended family, I was extremely excited to see a method that made total sense to me and that it worked so well. I instantly started the training. Over the next 18 years I worked closely with Dr Solomon, further developing the training. I helped her publish the more than 90 reading books that she had written especially for the program, as well as developing new learning materials. I have personally taught hundreds of children how to read and to enjoy the wonderful world that books can open up for us using the Reading For Sure program in my own Reading For Sure clinic.

“In 2016, on her passing, I took over the management of Reading for Sure for her family and continue the work, developing her legacy.

“It quickly became apparent to Dr Solomon that she could not help the considerable number of young people that were struggling to read. Therefore, by setting up World Literacy International, she began to train people as licensed providers of Reading for Sure to extend her service.”

I have extended the teaching materials available, enabled student’s easy access to the program, further promoted the program and its providers and trained many new tutors.

“Most students come to us via word of mouth and see our highly trained tutors once a week for tailored one-to-one tutoring sessions.

“Over the next 12 months we hope to extend the availability of the program in the home. All materials are produced, printed and packaged by us in Perth.

You have a new program starting for home schooling?

Home-schooling Figures Grow

Across Australia in 2020 there were about 26,000 students enrolled in home-school and figures continue to grow. In New South Wales, it is estimated that 7,032 students enrolled in home-school in 2020, compared to about 4,700 in 2017. Although these proportions are still relatively low, they are almost twice as high as six years ago.

Many parents had a taste of home-schooling during the Covid lockdowns. This allowed parents to see what their children were learning in school and how they were progressing with their education. Many saw that their children were falling behind and had been for years.

When Isabelle returned to school, Robyn expressed her concerns to the teachers

The entire school year at home was dedicated to catching up with those fundamentals she had missed in both Math and English. It was important to slow down learning and focus on these areas of struggle until she fully understood them.

Robyn has described Isabelle as a ‘completely different kid’ since home-schooling this year: waking up early, having breakfast and getting set up in the home-school room to do her work for the day. Once done, Isabelle’s has the

Among these goals was the establishment of her own Brahman stud called ‘Ruby Rose Brahmans’. After much research on sales and stud farms, using all her pocket money and with help from Mum and Dad, Isabelle secured a beautiful herd of heifers and a stud bull to start her business. Doing this has increased her confidence in learning and her schoolwork, simply because she is doing something she enjoys.

For the social side of life, Isabelle meets other children at the many agricultural events and livestock shows in the surrounding area, at the library and, now the weather is warming up, she will start swimming and tennis.

This was something they initially thought was going to be difficult, yet things have fallen into place. They even seem to have more time and freedom than before.

The children have taken on more extracurricular activities with the spare time they now have available with shorter school days and the one-onone learning advantages.

This flexibility also extends to the study timetable.

After working with her children, Olivia in Grade 2 and Jack in Grade 4, she recognised her son, didn’t know his times tables. This knowledge is vitally important for math units, such as long division, covered in Year 4. Jillian found that learning at a slower pace and returning to some Year 3 math was necessary to bring Jack up to speed.

For the Edwards family, home education changed their lives for the better. The children are happier, learning more about nature and the family business, which is also in cattle. The kids are attending sale yards with a budget to spend and

Wrapping Up

Both families do not intend to return to the traditional school options and will continue to educate their children from home, focusing on their strengths and interests.

The choice of home-based education offers a number of advantages compared to traditional teaching methods. There is more choice and freedom for parents over the curriculum and topics studied, so that they can focus on a preferred study path that suits their child, according to their passions and interests.

Home-schooling offers a much more relaxed schedule, not limited by traditional school hours. Instead, teaching can be structured and approached in a way that best fits the lifestyle of the family involved, offering a more free and simpler approach which can also accommodate day trips, sports and excursions.

They fantasise having endless moments of playing the perfect family, with happy faces and sunlight dappling through the windows.

I believe it comes as a great epiphany or shock to the parent, that the child they have, whom they think belongs to them, actually has their own will. Children have an indomitable spirit, and an unending resolve to manifest their own truth. When we realise that as much as we are here to teach them, they are here to be our teachers, that they were born to be set free to reach a horizon that our eye cannot fathom and our feet can never reach. Every parent needs to remember their child is a unique being with their own voice. When we raise our children to be who WE want them to be, we take ownership over their lives. It’s time to

release control and awaken as conscious parents.

It is time to change the parenting paradigm.

As an ‘infertile woman’ in a foreign country, Nicaragua, in a world pandemic, I fell pregnant in September 2020 and birthed a starseed child. In this very different culture to my own, I realised I had one option to give him the best life possible; to share with ‘my son’ the simple appreciation for the existence he came here to live.

Over a 13-year period of world travels and pre-conceived agreements to bring me to be ready for him, I had deprogrammed a lot of old belief systems and patterns that had been embodied in me by the way I was raised. I had massive self-discoveries and a deep awareness of the regulated global system we live in and the corruption that it all holds. I did not realise I was about to be stripped and unearthed into a whole new way of being.

As Kailan Tao (meaning: ‘The almighty warrior leading the way’) entered this world, I was given information download from the divine that I would be healing the mother wound and be set free, a greater awakening than I ever could have realised. I felt throughout my pregnancy, our journey would be different. It already was: we had chosen each other to fulfil a great purpose, outside of the ordinary.

I have thus far been put through innate challenges, almost unbearable as a human, a mother, a woman, a girl. I was clearly being pushed out of the old karmic way, into

great experiential realisations of the current matrix system and its collapse. I was ‘forced’ to let go of any control over my entire life at 38 years old, everything I had created and everything I had evolved into. I had to say goodbye to a place I thought to be home, my sanctuary of sentient beings – my animals - and reroute my direction, into a journey of conscious motherhood to this star child.

Moving through and accepting such a great identity shift and, as a single and sole supporting mom, I developed a secure multi-stream financial income career path that allows me complete flexibility to travel, supplies our needs and supports our journey. I am creating a home-schooling lifestyle that enables Kalian’s education with life experience

out of the classroom. Unvaccinated, and un-programmed.

So far, we have spent time together in four different countries within the two years of his life. We have explored ranges of geography, nature, earth, animals, dance, yoga, literature, chant, creative play and more. Anything which his calls his interests.

Kailan has shown a high intelligence, far ahead of his two years, which is becoming apparent in the most fascinating ways. He shares a special connection with everyone he meets, looking with great observation into them at a soul level, aware, awake and of pure sacred consciousness. Kailan is also fascinated with crystals, oracle colour and earthly delights.

With this bilingual Spanish/ English baby beside me, we walk a free path. Currently we find ourselves buried in our Australian roots, embodying everything I have learnt over 13 years of multidimensional and human travel, to walk with, here on this land. Against the odds, yet none the less, finding our way. Each now moment understanding that, as beautiful as it is, standing up for this truth against the way of the generations before, is more challenging than it reads.

trust in the children to do and try new things, allow them to see a trusting parents’ actions mirror their words or, and most profoundly, trust that the world is an awesome place, so they will develop this in themselves and those around them.

Over the course of this journey, I have continuously asked myself why TRUST is so important. I have discovered that TRUST is fundamental to having any chance of living a carefree life, a life of wander and exploration. We must

Starseed children are highly evolved souls, who are here to create a new and highly conscious way of living and it begins with you, as their parent. Starseed children challenge you, your rules and expectations, as they see beyond the limitations of current belief systems. They are empathic, intuitive and wise in non-traditional ways. Your child’s soul chose you for a reason and this can help activate your conscious evolution.

There is a constant self-dissecting and self-realisations to break old patterns, which were learned from our own parents

and beyond. A whole lot of healing. As women, our role in our children’s lives is more important than we think. A royal woman recognizes that she has authority over fear. She is empowered to pursue healing, knowing her child will benefit from her femininity perfected. Speaking as woman for maternal/paternal equality, she models reconciliation with the self to prepare her child for his/her own journey into wellness.

Did you know that by age five, our children are already making mental rotations and finding stimulation by chasing moving objects? So, I promise you, he or she is watching you. Now, what do you want to show your child? We all have this choice.

“Our children are not here to fulfil our expectations, or that of society.”

Our children are not here to fulfil our expectations, or that of society. It is a new way, a new Earth and they are the new generation. So, let our kids figure out their play for themselves. Let them be bored. Let them be excited and emotional. Let them be kids. They will sort it all out soon enough! Allow them to guide you and allow yourself the parenting of your dreams, the childlike play and schooling you could only chase in your imagination.

Their natural abilities with imagination will lead them. Home-schooling is free schooling and offers so much experiment, liberation and variation. Did you know home-schooled children have ample opportunities for engagement and socialisation simply by being involved in various learning and other community groups, participating in home-schooling co-ops and/or travel? There

are so many options, so much freedom in taking this approach. Collectively there are many families evolving, creating this new wayreturning to roots and source, living with intention naturally.

The difference between traditional parenting versus conscious parenting is the difference between control and connection.

One seeks to impose, the other seeks to understand. One seeks to discipline, the other seeks to communicate. One seeks to hold on, the other seeks to let go.

If you feel you have fears around your child being their own person, going their own way or choosing their own set of beliefs, you may be stuck in traditional parenting loops that say, “Your child is YOURS.”

21 Supernal Magazine 21 Supernal Magazine 21

To break free from that loop you must recognize that your child’s connection to you is just an illusion and you are simply a witness.

“A time will come when the earth and all of life will need our help. At this time a tribe will gather from all cultures of the world. They will be recognized by their spirit connection and life-giving actions toward the finned, the winged, the creeping crawling, the standing green growing, the four legged, two legged nations and all that is. They will awaken humankind to find a star inside themselves. This star will guide them to overcome the mountains of ignorance, prejudice, hatred, and fear through compassion harmony and honor. They will find a new song and a new dream. The beautiful bow that

hangs is the sky after a storm is a monument to these ones.

“I believe we are living in this time now. All of us with this vision are the tribe, we are the rainbow warriors. We are the cherished dream and vision of the ancient ones of long ago.”

Do Not Limit Your View of Yourself

It occurs to me that whom we consider to be ‘children’ is not limited to toddlers, tweens, teens and young adults. ‘Children’ are also fully grown adults. You are a child of the Earth as long as you choose to

physically exist. You may have heard the expression ‘University of Life’, however observing the way humans behave and utilise their very limited life span, in reality I doubt if we graduate life’s kindergarten!

We are the energy of the sun incarnate, grandchildren of the Moon and made from the particles of the stars. We are the children of the Earth, here to develop and experience that which we may put into practise over many lives, as souls re-incarnating as interplanetary, multidimensional aspects of what we refer to as ‘forms of life and intelligence’. We are ever evolving Universal Wisdom Keepers.

As we exit the womb, we receive the kiss of forgetfulness and, it may appear on the surface, that we live our lives between states of consciousness and extreme ignorance. We are often described as the ‘innocents’, yet we also fully comprehend everything we say and do. We are souls incarnate. We

24

are innately understanding of and prepared for, the repercussions of our actions and reactions. We are as humans, subconsciously utilising our supposed freewill as we alternate between throwing caution to the wind and limiting ourselves. This is done in order to gain the karmic influence and ‘blessons’, blessings and lessons combined, that we wish to add to the repertoire of our soul’s journey!

A common idea is that from birth until age seven we have an active soul alignment/ memory and remain in closer contact to our spiritual origins - so our psychic ability remains intact. It may be that early period is a conception of future perceptions and is highly influential on how we will proceed to ‘tick’ during adult life, how we will behave, act, and react, how we are triggered and what choices we will make. It may influence how we play out all sequence of events, for whatever length of time we have here on earth.

There are many departments of education. Home-schooling begins with the first breath, imprinted by life in a traditional

family home or wherever our beginnings and our personal blueprint decides to take us. We learn from our parents, caretakers, siblings, family, friends, neighbours, community and in momentary meetings with strangers. We learn from our pets, wild animals and animals that live in slavery to human production and consumption. We even learn from beings no longer roaming the earth. We learn from nature, from industry and commercialisation. Everything we see, feel, taste, hear and smell is a lesson that stimulates

something within. In our early and formative years, our formal education is decided upon. Public or Private, Governmental and church controlled, traditional home-schooling, un-schooling, community, alternative or tribal schooling, even no form of guided schooling or education whatsoever. We cannot help but learn and mould ourselves in accordance with our culture and environment. We must endeavour and be encouraged to take into account our personal Divine Design, the Symmetry of our Soul.

We are a system of individuals creating a complex weaving. We are each an analogue and digital programme of universal code, with a personal frequency activating in accordance with type, numerical, astrologicalastronomical and hereditary design. We are continual, changing,

fleeting, repetitive, thoughts of the ALL. There are bright new thoughts coming; these are the children we see now entering the Earth-Heart plane of inter-dimensional existence. They are the created to steer Earth-Ship (Velatropa 24.3) into safe harbour.

Children and adults, sitting in any type of class, will perceive and understand what is taught as applicable to their own ability to assess, interpret and understand or - perhaps misunderstand completely! Parents, carers, and teachers are now being given the opportunity, by all that has unfolded since the end of 2019, to think outside of the box. From 2020 onward, we should be focusing on turning that box into a multidimensional cube that enables all ages - children and adults, to participate in the programme

of becoming. To acknowledge and prepare generationally for the transformation into the ‘superhuman’.

Our numerological code, based upon our birth, name, and other factors is ‘the sum of us’. We each have a galactic-earth based original kin code and, a ‘Human Design’ code.

We have our astrological or Sun, Moon and Stars code, which is seen in many forms, in many countries and cultures. We have a plethora of information to utilise.

Where and when we are ‘born’, can be pinpointed in our micro outlook. We see the ‘frequency of time and calendrical’ codes that are used around this plan-et, affect us individually. If we look at the bigger picture, taking the macrocosm into account, this

is creating global diversity and offers the way in which to view the masses!

One of my favourite ‘go-to’s’, ‘The Tao of Pooh, & the Te of Piglet’ (Benjamin Hoff). It inspires me, as I ‘randomly’ let the pages fall, leading me to the following excerpt from Magical Child, by Joseph Chiltern Pearce.

“How do we believe that we can predict and control the natural forces of the universe? Through clever intellectual manipulations and tool usage. We accept this notion so completely because we have been conditioned to believe implicitly that only by so using our intelligence can we, in fact survive nature. Interaction between the mind-brain and its source of information (the earth) has been rigorously, religiously denied by Western logic, if not most cultural logic. Interaction with the living earth would imply that the earth responded in kind, interacting with us. And the one cardinal rule of all classical western academic belief… is that the mind has absolutely no relation to the world other than to be informed of that world through the senses and to make some sort of intelligent reaction to that information. This belief has automatically robbed us of personal power. Having no personal power to draw on, we are reduced to only one source of power: tool usage. And so, we have evolved a continuing body of knowledge concerning the employment,

Supernal Magazine 2626
“Our numerological code, based upon our birth, name, and other factors is ‘the sum of us’.”

creation, enhancement, and services of tools. Our real criterion of value becomes the culture’s body of knowledge offering or promising enhanced tool production, possible domination of nature and so some security. Potential is seen as an increase of tools. (Our emphasis) The training and education of children is designed to lead to better tool invention, production, consumption, and handling.

“Our body of knowledge and tool development has never given, is not presently giving, and almost surely will never give us either physical security or well-being. The more vast and awesome our tool production has become, the greater our anxiety, hostility, fear, resentment, and aggression. But the direct correlation between our anxiety and tool production is almost beyond our grasp because our intelligence is itself the result of our conditioning by and within that very body of knowledge. Our intelligence is trained to believe that any imperfections in the reality resulting from our activities, such as personal anguish, misery, and fear, simply indicate the need for improvements

in the body of knowledge and /or improvements in tool production, distribution, and application. Even as our body of knowledge splits us off from our lives and creates anxiety and un-happiness, it conditions us to believe religiously that escape from our misery lies in perfecting that body of knowledge. In other words. Modern man’s difficulties, dangerous beliefs, and feelings of loneliness, spiritual emptiness, and personal weakness are caused by his illusions about, and separation from the natural world. Well, the Taoists told us this sort of mess would happen. And they told us what we could do about it. Now it’s time to see what that is.”

I feel it is important that all forms of education are revelled in enthusiastically, rather than creating stress, labelling, separation and segregation. That we allow children and adults alike, to integrate their own innate and conscious past life interdimensional wisdom

teachings into society. This is the way to bridge the gaps and create a convergence of individual and global mind; a positive empowered state of human development, truly in harmony with nature.

The super human is ready for emergence, let us encourage, rather than restrict.

Travelling Oz with Kids Travelling Oz with Kids

I first met Martene and Nathan Wallace and their three kids in early 2022, whilst on a caravan shoot. We found them on the outskirts of Melbourne in their brand new van, very excited to be heading away from Victoria and pointing the nose of the Cruiser bush!

The approach to schooling on the road was one that involved the whole family and was really tailored to making education while travelling fun and exciting. I have to admit when chatting with the kids, they were friendly and happy to talk. They had a keen awareness of the people and places they had visited and looking forward to more.

Martene and Nathan started up a website, www.freetoexplore.co, to cover their family’s adventures. There is plenty of fantastic real-life information regards touring Australia, as well as home-schooling and

a blog that offers a range of hints and tips for anyone wanting to school on the road. We grabbed some of the information for this story from the blog, including some useful hints and tips.

Nathan, when did you guys leave home and when are you heading back?

“It was Australia Day 2020 when we said final goodbyes to our house and moved into a caravan half the size of what our pool used to be! The house was sold, along with most of our belongings and what was left went in the skip or storage.

“It was tough to do at the time, yet we felt lighter for it. There was something uplifting about removing the things that sometimes pull you down.

“Moving forward, the plan is to sell our current setup at the end of this year and begin a new adventure in 2023. What that looks like we’re still not sure. We’d say there’ll be a stint of main-stream schooling for the kids, and then perhaps some international travel on the cards.

“We

a pretty spontaneous family, so we will see where the wind blows us.”

Martene, what prompted life of the road for you and your family?

“I missed my son’s first birthday, because I was working massive hours as a clinical nurse manager and it hit me hard. I realised I was never going to get that moment back. Therefore, I started to plan for a future that ticked all the boxes I wanted, one where life was

on our own terms. The people I loved were getting all the left-over bits of me, so I finally said enough is enough.

“I wanted to travel, I wanted adventure, I wanted time with my family and I wanted to live life on my terms. I wanted to make a change after following all the ‘rules’ for what I thought it was to be successful and ending up feeling ripped off. We knew something had to give and the kids were at an age where if we didn’t do it now, we would miss the opportunity.

“It was at this point our family began putting the wheels in motion to work towards a life that gave us all this and more.”

Nathan, how did you find teaching the kids and how did you see them bloom?

“It was rewarding, challenging and some days frustrating. We found it best if we had a routine to work to.

“We would do Monday, Tuesday and Thursday’s mornings. Both the kids and the parents would have to be ready by 8am, with consequences if you weren’t. For example, if kids were ready and parents weren’t, kids didn’t have to do school that day.

“Road schooling, whilst being tough some days when the ocean is calling, has taught the kids independence, resilience, and self-starting. It will set them up to live however they choose as adults. We have gifted them a skill set that should they want to be entrepreneurs, they’ll be miles ahead of kids who haven’t had the same experiences outside of mainstream school.”

Nathan, what’s it been like distance schooling in a caravan?

“We are super grateful for our huge club lounge giving us the space and there is

nothing better than having nature as your playground. Experiencing different cultures and communities and enjoying different landscapes is wonderful.

“We have learnt to have good clear communication and to plan and organise during the constant change, which can regularly feel like chaos.”

We asked the kids, through Martene, about what they thought of their journey and coming to an end? The question was, “What’s your favourite thing about road schooling and going back to school?”

Matai - 9yo

“The schoolwork is pretty easy really and then I get to play outside and explore. Going back to school is good. I’m excited to have friends. Going to places with friends and playing basketball.”

Supernal Magazine 3131 feature
“The schoolwork is pretty easy really and then I get to play outside and explore.”

Matai preferred distance education, as it was more fun than home schooling. They get sad leaving the kids they meet all the time travelling. This really became an issue during the last 12 months.

Maisie – 12yo

“I like being creative and distance schooling lets me be really creative. I can pick my own projects and I like being able to do the work outside, sitting in the grass. I’m very excited to head back to school and to meet new people.”

Maisie loved the ability that enabled them to travel and meet lots of people. However, she missed routine and friends.

Zali – 14yo - Teenage dirt bag

“Some parts of it were cool, like going fishing. I wasn’t as keen on having to do the maths and English though!”

Martene, from memory Zali headed home to do sport?

“In 2021, Zali made the huge decision to go after her sporting goals and live with her Nan in Wollongong. In 2022 she made it happen. It definitely wasn’t an easy decision for her to leave immediate family and the travel life. However, she is a very driven and determined girl and can make anything happen when she sets her mind to it.

“The move has given her an opportunity to learn from other people, giving her independence and adaptability for later in life too.

“Each school holidays we fly Zali to wherever we are in the

country and we spend a week or two together again as a family.

“Initially they loved it, but the joy of travel expired as they have gotten older. They want to go back to school and be with their friends. They loved meeting new kids but were sad have to leave them and move on. The first 12-18 months it wasn’t as much of an issue but, as they got older and we travelled longer, it was a bigger challenge for them.

“Matai’s challenge was that the curriculum it was a little too easy. Maisie loved the opportunity to pick her own projects in the creative space. Zali loved fishing and the elements, yet she found it more challenging to be disciplined to work on the subjects she doesn’t love as much.

“As time has gone on, they have craved more structure

and to be with their friends in a classroom. They want to be spoon fed more and enjoy the social side of school, plus they’ve missed after school sports.”

What advice would you guys share to prospective parents about hitting the road with kids for a big adventure?

“Do it while you can, when the kids are still young.

“The perfect time will never arise, so set a date to hit the road and do whatever you

have to, to make it happen. You have the rest of your life to make more money, but you can’t make more time. There are so many people choosing to live life on the road with their kids, on their terms and it looks different for every family. Find what’s right for you and yours and just start. Everything is always figure-outable!”

Our Top Ten Tips for Teaching

Whilst Travelling: Create a plan together as a family Have routines and rules Be consistent Reward good behaviour Give breaks when needed Aim for morning schoolwork, after a good sleep Understand sometimes it’s just not a good day Don’t struggle alone, create a support network Take your learning outside Keep it fun

Here are four tools we find helpful:

A Shared Schedule: it pays to have the entire family on the same page with the schooling schedule. Make sure everyone feels heard and that the schooling schedule is agreed upon by everyone.

Rewards and Consequences: provide rewards for making the right choices and consequences for not, just as a traditional school would.

Keep It Fun: try making learning as much fun as possible by mixing up the medium of learning. Look at ways of incorporating schoolwork into your adventures or everyday life, such as using maths and budgeting to assist with weekly spending costs.

Take The Classroom Outside: there are heaps of resources and lesson plans that link outdoor learning to the Australian National Curriculum, so make the most of the tools right on your doorstep! The Nature Play QLD Resource Hub is a great place to get ideas on how to do this.

Home-schooling -Un-schooling!

My name is Marilou. I am a mumma of two energetic boys aged 9 and 11 who are currently home-schooling/un-schooling! We started our journey in the schooling system because I thought that would be best for our eldest, who liked structure and the certainty it offered.

As time went on, we noticed a decline in his behaviour. He would emotionally explode daily after school, as he held all his emotions in for the day. In grade 1, the principal complimented his bravery and strength for not crying after he hurt himself quite badly in the playground. That should have been the red flag to his emotional outbursts.

himself, even if negatively. We also got a glimpse of the learning material which was questionable. With lockdowns, mandated mask wearing and so much uncertainty around going to school, it was an easy decision to leave the system.

Is it easy? No definitely not! Is it harder? No

We occasionally download maths sheets the boys ask for. We looked into a variety of online school type of programs, none which the boys showed interest in. We’ve also attended a variety of pods/co-ops that has been beneficial.

The pandemic has been the biggest blessing for us. We really got a glimpse of how rigid the schooling system is. Our eldest was becoming a people pleaser and defiant at home; his safe place to express

There are pros and cons whatever you decide because it all comes down to perspective and what home-schooling means to each family. The benefits of home-schooling won for us though, so despite the challenges we have faced, I personally prefer these challenges over what we faced sending them to school.

Right now, I would say we are un-schooling and unlearning more than home-schooling! We don’t follow a particular curriculum or have set lessons.

We’re still finding our feet, and I have peacefully concluded that we will be forever finding our feet as needs change and we naturally progress. I also concluded that it’s no different to the progression if they were at different stages at school. Just take it one day at a time and focus on our internal happiness and daily needs.

Since our decision to home-school, many have approached me for advice. Here are some things I share with them that will hopefully be helpful to others on a similar journey.

“Our eldest was becoming a people pleaser and defiant at home; his safe place to express himself, even if negatively.”

1 – Work out what it means for your family. Your children are unique, and have their own needs as do you! What works for other families, may not work for yours. I find this all depends on each family’s values. Comparison and expectation create stress! This is why I feel like one needs to un-school first. We are so programmed to think that learning happens in a specific way, when in fact we are learning ALL OF THE TIME. Even when we think our children are not learning, they are absorbing so much as their brains develop.

2 - Socialisation is the biggest concern I get questioned about as parents, concern about not having their children at school with friends. My take on this is - children don’t actually socialise at school. Most are learning how to fit in, people please, avoid being bullied and regulate their emotions as best as possible. Even when my boys were at school, real socialisation happened outside of school, in their after-school activities. As they got older, they had to navigate the playground avoiding bullies and working out where, and how to fit in.

The difficult part with home-schooling I have found is the consistency in which

they caught up with friends made thru different programs we have attended. What I’ve observed is their ability to get along quickly with a variety of children and have an open mind to who they converse with.

3 - Worries about high school and university capability are very common. My answer for this – it’s in the future and we’ll worry about it when it comes around. If a child is mentally and emotionally mature, then what they need to learn to attend high school and/or uni will just happen. They may or may not want to go. I do know that children excel when they follow a passion or dream naturally. I won’t spend today worrying about what they may or may not do in the future.

We don’t have set routines although we aim to start the day slowly, spend time in nature, incorporate reading, writing and art, and watch movies, bake and cook, and have LOTS of connection. I love the questions their expanding minds always come up with.

If you are thinking about getting on this journey, drop into your intuition and always follow your child’s lead. You and they will always know what is right for your family.

Home-Schooling Resources

People tend to love or hate the idea of home-schooling. Many people I have spoken with can think of no worse form of torture possible. I understand that during the pandemic lockdowns, many people were thrust into a situation of online learning, which has created the misunderstanding between home-schooling and online learning. This created a fear that strikes deep in the heart of parents – teaching kids at home!

For me, and I’m sure many others, the online learning gave me a chance to see what and how my children were being taught.

Although many aspects of it were great, I did find that some of what I saw worried me terribly. It was at this point I decided to look at what home-schooling is and how it works.

A journey into home-schooling can be a daunting trip. Not only is there so much information, there is also a difference between how you home school your child. I had no idea!

First you can choose to leave the government system totally and create your own curriculum, very scary for someone who has never done this before.

Alternatively, you can join one of the many home-schooling companies that allow you to home-school with the government curriculum and choose your alternative classes.

Speaking to many others regarding home-schooling revealed another issue. It seems that your options became limited when you are considering this for high school aged kids. Many people home-schooled their primary aged kids, not their high school kids. Those I asked who did, may as well have been speaking another language, as it all went over my head and I felt very overwhelmed. I was trying to move my high school aged kids from traditional schooling to home-schooling and not all

of them were happy about it either!

Below we hope that we have taken some of the stress out of the search, by compiling a state-by-state list of what you need to know should you be interested in home-schooling. There is also a list of some of the Australia-wide Home-Schooling websites available to make the process easier.

Please note that although not listed, you can find many blogs online from home-schooling parents, which are full of fantastic and helpful information.

Memorial: Spiritual Teacher – Spiritual Guide

Concurrently, crystals magnetised into my life. I dreamt about an amethyst geode, which I then happened upon in a crystal shop with faded signs, along a dusty red-dirt road. Purchasing it with my last $300, as my guides suggested, even though I was jobless and living in a tent in a shed!

How may I honour you in words Chicchan, when words pale to your true magnificence? I know not how, save to share something of the intricate weave, of the interplay of our souls.

Awakening in 1999, I met my inner-plane guides who love me unconditionally, who expressed it would be 10 years before I’d meet my Spiritual Teachers, and I asked them how best to utilise the time. They suggested following my heart’s truth, be of service with reconciliation, so I moved to the Pilbara and volunteered at Bujee Noor-Pu Art Centre.

Instantly my life improved, within one day I had a job, one week later I moved into staff quarters, the trend continued. Now crystals had entered my life, I became friends with the crystal shop owners Sandy and Rob, who educated me about their manufacture and mining.

Next the amethyst upgraded me to a duplex and my guides introduced me to eBay, where I found two Spirit Quartz points and instantly knew we were destined for one another.

I purchased them, however I received a voicemail from the crystal seller who said, “I’m sorry, I don’t sell to Australia, I’ve refunded your money.”

Immediately a clear voice in

my consciousness stated with certainty, “That’s not true, we are destined.” I played the next voice message, which again was the crystal seller, “It’s me again, after I hung up the phone, I had this most overwhelming knowing that these crystals are meant for you. I am sending them free of charge postage paid.”

These crystals were the first I was guided to; little did I know they were the first three crystals for my Crystal Dreaming™ kit. The Spirit Quartz for the palms of the hands, and the Amethyst geode for recharging them after every session.

“I am here to remind you, about that which is already within you.”

It wasn’t until 2009 (10 years later), when I was in your Crystal Awareness Course, Chicchan, that you so eloquently said, “I am here to remind you, about that which is already within you.” Going on to share with our group your knowledge and wisdom about the crystals, their purposes and our intrinsic intuitive relationship with them.

Whilst receiving a practice session in the Crystal Dreaming™ component of the course, I was teleported to a dimension where aqua/ gold, liquid-crystalline planets hummed ‘the music of the spheres’, overcome with tears of bliss, in that moment Raym arrived and said, “Chicchan knows this place.”

The realisation came to methis was where crystal singing bowls were born from, which you Chicchan played so exquisitely. The knowing that our souls were close dawned and a realisation, I had finally found you.

Whenever you played your crystal bowls, I was transported to that place, which you knew so intimately. You were so

beautiful and graceful, so gentle and pure and instantly I loved you infinitely. The loving space you held for us all to awaken to our relationship with crystals, and in truth all of creation, was so sweet, truly the nectar of the Goddess.

As Raym shared his awakening experience, the purity of your love touched my heart and soul. That moment when Raym perceived the pink ray of unconditional love emanating from your heart to his.

I inner-stood, that unconditional love, was the underpinning frequency that held space for his and humanities spiritual awakening. Thank the Goddess for you, and for your twin-flame relationship that birthed such an extraordinary world-service gift into creation in our time.

Soon after you left this earthly realm, I was blessed by your presence and communion, where upon you asked me, “Would you accept me as one of my team in spirit.” To which I responded, “Providing it is for my divine highest good and based in unconditional love - yes!”

This is greatest gift you have given me Chicchan, the opportunity to know you and continue the great work with you in this new way. You were my teacher, now you are my

Guide, more radiantly beautiful than ever.

I trust that these words will be of service to all those who read them, and honour my Spiritual Teachers, Chicchan and Raym.

In the most loving memory of Chicchan Richards, how blessed our world was by your life.

With deepest heart-felt condolences to Raym and family, Lightfoot Chicchan’s horse and best animal friend and her loved ones all over the world.

Sacred Sites Africa’s Greatest Mysteries The Stone Circles of Mpumalanga

Mpumalanga, the ‘Land of the rising Sun’ as it is called in South Africa, is a place of indescribable beauty. It was here that the mighty Gondwana split, leaving in its wake a land of rich and ancient geological diversity; a natural wonderland, among the most unique and beautiful on earth. It boasts the world’s largest green canyon, the place where Africa’s Big five still roam free, a thousand waterfalls… And, until fairly recently, a forgotten stone walled settlement spanning 10,000 square kilometres!

If there is one thing I have learned from delving into the ancient mysteries of Africa, it is that perspective is everything. For hundreds

of years people have been stumbling across the hillsides of the Mpumalanga escarpment, dotted with what were presumably cattle enclosures. Yet it wasn’t until we had the technology of Google Earth in our hands that we were able to comprehend the vastness of an ancient African civilisation, larger than Los Angeles today.

It was in 2011 when I moved to Waterval Boven, a little forgotten town at the gateway of the escarpment to the Lowveld, where I lived and worked with Michael Tellinger for five years. Here at the epicentre of this stone walled mystery and, though I spent years exploring the area and was privy to the research of many authors and scientists who visited the area, I still cannot say for certain who created this ‘settlement’ or why.

Getting back to perspective, of course, the more ways you look at something, the clearer

your perspective becomes. In this case, without a bird’s eye view one would never really know what you were looking at. Just to get started, you then need to consider the history, the indigenous accounts, the language, the science, geology, archaeology and astronomy around the phenomenon.

Here’s what’s been found.

An aerial view of the escarpment reveals clusters of stone walling and sprawling expanses of stone circles and inexplicable mazes of stone ridging linked by interconnected, serpentine stone passages. The complex spans 150km and, from the air resembles, an intricately connected geometric design contouring the hillsides and stretching across valleys.

According to Delius, Schoeman and Maggs, who wrote the provocative Forgotten World, the stone walled settlements

“I still cannot say for certain who created this ‘settlement’ or why.”
Supernal Magazine 4848

are attributed to the Bakoni people, who built the entire metropolis between 1500 and 1820, at which time it was deserted due to warring factions passing through the area.

Now some of the circles are quite elaborate constructions, some almost three meters high, others much lower, the walls skilfully constructed with small pebbles filling two outer lanes of rocks. The vast majority of them are complete, intact, enclosed circles that have no gateways or entrances for cattle or people to enter, with others being too low to contain cattle effectively. In almost every case, the overall design is complex, convoluted combinations of circles and spirals set within larger, encompassing circles, often representing cymatic patterns. A few have been found to align to sacred geometric principles. And the stones themselves ring like bells. It is interesting to note that, close to Lydenburg, several rock engravings have been discovered at Boomplats, depicting aerial ‘maps’ of some of the stone settlements.

A kind of Google earth bird’s eye perspective carved in stone, said to be the work of Bokoni cattle herders ‘whiling away their time’. It is not known for sure how old these engravings are, or how the artists came to that privileged perspective in the first place.

Michael Tellinger proposes that this is the site of the Sumerian Lord Enki’s vast gold mining operation in the lower ‘Abzu’ and that the circles represent some sort of large scale earth energy grid. He explains that the circles are cymatic patterns of the subtle frequencies resonating from the earth at each particular point and that the stone walls amplify the frequencies through their concentrated quartz/ silica content. The results are strong electromagnetic fields emanating from the circles that were somehow harnessed by the Annunaki to extract the minerals “where the gold veins from the earth innards were abundant.”

Certainly, the history of Africa is one of the great untold stories of all time. It is possible that both theories are correct. Perhaps those are stone circles depicted on the Sumerian tablet of their creation myth. Perhaps the Bakoni peoples repurposed an ancient site. We will never know for sure, yet I would recommend

to everyone to come and experience it for themselves.

I Didn’t Come to Learn Like This

When our eldest daughter was six years old, she informed us that she wanted to leave school and learn from home.

It was a weekend that remains fresh in my mind. Christel and I were busy preparing to host a one-day wellness retreat for a meditation teacher we used to work for, when our daughter, Alexandrea, became sick on the Friday. By that evening, she was admitted to the Princess Margaret Children’s Hospital Emergency Department with a very high temperature, upset stomach and a pounding headache. After hours of

tests, the doctors had no idea why she was so ill. While she was in hospital, her symptoms dissipated so my daughter was sent home.

On the Saturday morning, Alexandrea began to feel sick again and Christel, decided to stay home with her while I went to work. Christel had to take Alexandrea back to hospital, as she was vomiting again with a very high temperature and headache. I became worried for the health and life of my seemingly very ill six-year-old daughter.

After hours of medical tests, the doctors came to the conclusion that our daughter was experiencing emotional distress. I want to mention here

that Alexandrea went to a Steiner school, where we felt that she would receive the best care and education possible. As it turned out, Alexandrea didn’t share our perception and wanted to leave.

“Dada, I don’t want to go to school.”

“Are you feeling sick again?” I asked.

“Nooo…” she replied hiding her face in my shoulder.

“Do you want to stay home today?” I asked, as a knowing began to settle in my heart. “Dada, I didn’t come to learn like this.” My daughter told me. “What do you mean?”

“I don’t want to go back to school!”

“All right.” I responded because, in that moment, there didn’t seem to be a better answer to offer my child.

Christel also knew in her heart that our daughter was making

Wild Gaia – Timeless Wisdom Supernal Magazine 5050

herself sick because school wasn’t working for her. I realised how blind I was to the imposition I had placed upon my daughter, expecting her to fulfil my desire to have a ‘Steiner Child’. My admiration for Rudolf Steiner’s philosophy on education stopped me from seeing what was true for my child. She was deeply unhappy at school.

Once Alexandrea began her journey in home learning, she relaxed into herself and we saw her innate nature begin to emerge again. I realised how much of my daughter’s identity was created from all that she was learning and experiencing previously at school.

Every day we watched our daughter grow into her own being-ness, which was not always easy for me. I witnessed all my limitations surface, as my daughter challenged me to rise and meet her at a vibrational level. This required me to drop all my beliefs about how one learns and how one must parent.

Alexandrea refused to learn, she just wanted to play. This violated my need to belong to a society that insisted on people being educated through a system that imposed false standards, which our children are required to meet through examinations.

“Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood.” - Fred Rogers

Those early years of home learning were difficult for all of us, as Alexandrea continued to avoid learning. We felt worn out by her strong resolution to resist learning in the misguided way we were teaching her. We couldn’t hear what she was telling us; to do so would mean we had to change the way we did life. I didn’t know how entrenched I was in the system that had created my own identity.

I was firmly entrapped in the world the system had built for me and I was entrapping my daughter too. Pushing her into this world of artificial intelligence at the ready to enslave her with false knowledge based on false history. My daughter awakened me to the fact that I wasn’t free.

My journey to discover the truth about this world, started

51 Supernal Magazine 51 gaia consciousness
“I was firmly entrapped in the world the system had built for me and I was entrapping my daughter too.”

around the time Alexandrea began her journey with home learning. The more I learned, the less inclined I became to force Alexandrea to achieve the system’s expected false standards. Alexandrea became anxious about her level of literacy and began experiencing feelings of shame and guilt regarding her learning or lack of it. This caused her to reject learning even more and Christel and I felt lost as to how we could assist her to achieve a level of confidence and ease of mind.

In 2020, Alexandrea decided that she might have a better chance of learning in a class with other students and an assigned teacher. By then, I didn’t want her to go to school, not after all I had learnt.

“Only a fool would let his enemy teach his children.” - Malcolm X

However, I trusted my daughter’s divine intelligence and Alexandrea attend another Steiner school. It wasn’t long before she realised what she had always known: she didn’t come here to learn to be a slave!

Alexandrea left high school and is teaching herself how to remember who she is and why she is on Earth. Christel and I learnt so much about ourselves, as we allowed our daughter to reflect to us our own limitations. Though it was difficult to see at first, we rose above those limitations and decided to acknowledge our daughter as the amazing teacher she is. We grew in ways we could not have achieved without her divine guidance. When we home school our children, the whole family begins a journey of self-discovery and the opportunity to grow.

Our children do not come to Earth to be enslaved. It is our responsibility to listen to them and to share with them the wisdom that keeps them sovereign and free. This can only happen when we are willing to allow them to grow by mirroring to us that which needs healing within our own psyche!

Is Ophiuchus Our 13th Star Sign?

Snakes and spiders aren’t generally too welcome in our lives, nor widely embraced as the ambassadors of the constellations Ophiuchus and Arachne, which contend to be a 13th star sign.

In the New Earth now due in a galactic cycle of evolution, perhaps they will find more acceptance as we transcend the venomous side of the poison-antidote duality they can represent.

In the September/October issue of Supernal, we looked at the merits of spidery Arachne as a potential 13th sign and now we turn our attention to Ophiuchus (oh-few-kuss), meaning ‘serpent bearer’ in Greek.

Ophiuchus is a constellation of stars situated behind the sun from 30 November to 18 December and the zodiacal terrain between 29° Scorpio and 24° Sagittarius. It’s actually more than one constellation, as it’s considered together with the Serpens constellation. Serpens is made up of disconnected parts of a snake, Serpens Caput, representing the serpent’s head, and

Serpens Cauda, the serpent’s tail, with the serpent bearer or charmer in the middle.

The snake halves represent duality, poison and antidote, life and death, feminine and masculine or any other expression of opposites. The serpent bearer has the ability to unify these dualities.

Unifying the serpent signifies the awakening of the healing and spiritual power that lies within our sexual energy, which is creativity expressed through separating then re-unifying the poles of creation. It isn’t necessarily about physical sex - it is about creation.

astrology

Lamb-loving Lions

While in duality, snakes and spiders can be dangerous. Any fear of them may go beyond physical threat to subconsciously connect to the fall of humanity, as the serpent in the Garden of Eden signified for Adam and Eve.

However, it is commonly held that in a unified Heaven on Earth realm, all creatures live peacefully in unity, without predator or prey.

Such references include the words in Isaiah 11:6–7 in the Hebrew Bible or Old Testament of the Christian Bible: “The wolf shall live with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the kid, the calf and the lion and the fatling together, and a little child shall lead them.”

We could add “the snake and spider will poison no more.”

Such a realm sounds unnatural and unlikely, yet when we draw the evolutionary lens out on a galactic scale; it’s easier to contemplate the possibility.

Ophiuchan Qualities

Ophiuchus may have first been known under another name in Babylon, or prior in the days of Sumer, or maybe further back. It hasn’t been widely used in astrology for thousands of years and many suspect its alchemising qualities saw it removed, as we entered a structured masculinedominated era.

The imagery for Ophiuchus shows a man holding a serpent. Perhaps it was originally a woman though, so when you consider the higher meaning, the gender doesn’t matter.

The qualities of Ophiuchus as a potential sign are currently not well defined. There is little consensus as to its element, either fire, water, earth, air, its modality, whether cardinal, fixed or mutable, its ruling planet, or even whether it is masculine or feminine. Most however, consider it feminine.

The personality traits are also as yet unclear. Apparently they combine Scorpio and Sagittarius energy, making people born in the date range, sensitively insightful and boldly expansive as curious seekers of wisdom and knowledge.

Does Ophiuchus Belong?

The constellation of Ophiuchus certainly touches our ecliptic belt. However, at present it is rarely used in astrology, with little software available to calculate charts using a 13 sign system.

Whether or not it can be used as a zodiac sign depends on which of the two main astrological approaches you use—tropical or sidereal. Because of the way Western or tropical astrology is set up, it cannot include Ophiuchus as a sign, while Eastern or sidereal astrology can.

Western astrology does not account for the Precession of the Equinoxes, which shows the change in the position of constellations due to astrophysical parameters that vary over time.

Rather, Western astrology is based on the seasons on Earth and uses the 12 zodiacal signs, named after the constellations, divided evenly into 30 degrees each on the ecliptic belt. It cannot accommodate a 13th sign, so if you are basing your star sign on Western astrology, it remains the same, regardless of the existence of the constellation of Ophiuchus.

I suspect that from now on, as many enter a New Earth era with balanced feminine and masculine energy, Ophiuchus will become more accepted and active in the conscious and unconscious collective.

Pathways to Conscious Health

So, Where Does Mystery Fit In?

So, where does mystery fit in? In this world that worships certainty, control and technology, ‘mystery’ just does not get a look-in for the majority of people. It just does not have common appeal.

Mystery is secretive, enigmatic and beyond the grasp of our rational mind and its belief constructs. Mystery taunts the values of safety, surety and security. By its very nature, it is unknown and unknowable and defies our intellect’s need to cling to the familiar. The ‘unknown’ is a very scary place with its threats of chaos and loss of control and can feel like annihilation to the ego mind.

understand, nor be able to translate, our other realms of experience. Our fear of the unknown wants us to cling to the familiar and have a rational explanation for all phenomena. The familiar reinforces who we think we are and our place in the world, making us feel safe at a personality level.

of our humanness, which we believe we can bypass by outwitting nature and the organic unfolding of events. It basically comes down to the trust of life and the gift of all that it entails versus feeling that we have to control everything to survive and thrive.

In our society, we tend to worship the intellect at the expense of other aspects of our being. We believe that the solution to all of life’s mysteries lies in our intellect, yet the intellect might never

Many have succumbed to the illusion of promises of safety that have been so promulgated in recent years. We have been led by the nose to believe that we can control all of life and death - the ultimate mysteryby artificial means. This reflects our basic non-acceptance

Don’t get me wrong; I am very attached to my intellect and love to exercise it regularly and hang out in its zone. Our intellects ground our understandings into the context of our reality, while reinforcing our consensus reality in the process. However, it needs to be in balance with the deeper aspects of our being.

In the medical world there is a compelling attachment of the collective ego to the scientific method and anything seen as ‘unscientific’ is often considered quackery,

Supernal Magazine 5656

“We have been led by the nose to believe that we can control all of life and death - the ultimate mystery - by artificial means.”

dangerous or suspect at best. We have made ‘science’ beyond reproach, sacrosanct. Blind faith in science, at the expense of other sources of information and knowledge, is an emotional response and actually very unscientific.

Yes, of course science has a very big place from which we have derived much benefit in the health care arena and beyond. However, ‘scientism’ has become the new god to whom we bow and it is generally considered heretical to question it. The collective, and certain professions in particular, are so enamoured with the scientific method and ‘data’ that they are very distrusting of our human capacity to make simple observations of life, or – dare I say – have an opinion.

Humans evolved the scientific method to get beyond religious dogma and control and, rightfully, we needed some objective data. However, ‘scientific proof’ has become the new dogma and we can be as emotionally attached to it as we were to the former. Sadly, we have sacrificed our innate knowing at the altar of hard scientific facts.

‘Evidence based’ science is looking pretty shaky these days. The innocent public just assume that all scientific research is 100 percent accurate, beyond reproach and without any human bias, fallibility or hidden agendas. It is now abundantly clear that corporate interests play a very big hand in what ‘evidence’ will be publicly released. Cheap marketing and propaganda by another name.

The vast interconnecting reality of consciousness, which underpins every other phenomenon, is generally considered irrelevant – if it is considered at all. It is believed that the more nebulous aspects of our being, such as our more expansive mind, emotions and consciousness in general, are somehow less significant than our tangible physicality. Science’s search for the seat of consciousness remains elusive as we remain focused on what we can only perceive through our five senses.

Sometimes we have to concede that there is no rational explanation for certain phenomena and we might need to surrender our wanting to know to ‘mystery’. The call to surrender is to lose the control of trying to make things safe, predictable, known and rational. Maybe the unknown is much, much better than what

we could imagine at this point in time. As our reality is rapidly and exponentially changing, maybe we will all be called to do this sooner than we think.

“Science cannot solve the ultimate mystery of nature. And that is because, in the last analysis, we ourselves are… part of the mystery that we are trying to solve.” - Max Planck (German theoretical physicist)

21st Century Parenting Investment In theIr Future

When my 26-year-old was seven, he brought home from school a little activity he’d done during the day. He’d drawn a picture and written “I feel safe when my mum’s in the kitchen cooking dinner.” This was the first time I remember becoming aware of the concept of emotional safety. The key point here being ‘I feel safe’ - he didn’t write ‘I am safe’.

Not long after this, some 20 years ago, I started my first round of training in Education Support. Hours and hours of studying, placement, experience and professional development later, I now start each work day with a very simple task – observing students when they arrive in the morning. What am I looking for? In my mind, the arriving students are divided into two categories. One, those who always arrive feeling safe. And Two, those who sometimes do and sometimes don’t. What I’m looking for is within that second group – who is feeling unsafe today?

Within the education system there is a common misconception that high expectations are what students need most to achieve their personal best. However, this somewhat basic belief only leads me back time and time again to my morning observations, because it’s just one part of a much larger picture. High expectations will indeed work well for Group One, as well as those in Group Two who are feeling safe today because EMOTIONAL WELLBEING PRECEDES SUSTAINABLE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT – always!

When we feel emotionally safe, we can listen, focus, tap creativity and control ourselves. Yet the longer I work within the Education system, the more I see Group Two becoming the majority group.

Staff are spending increasing time, energy and resources preparing students to learn. My role is seeing a child as part of a larger picture, because learning is just one aspect of school life. When children feel unsafe, they have interesting relationships with food and drink and they often struggle to form and keep friendships. They can’t comply with all staff, for example a teacher who is male, a teacher with a loud voice or an aide they don’t know well. They find it hard to maintain their energy levels, stamina is weak for mental tasks and they find it hard to cope with changes in routine.

These things boil down to one thing, feeling powerless and that probably there is something in their home life that is creating this feeling. The top three reasons accounting

for this feeling are: Past trauma, parents going through a separation or the Internet. The first two are easy to address, as we have strategies in place for students experiencing trauma and we are part of a larger team of support for both the student and their family. Similarly, we have strategies to support children who are coping with parents breaking up. The internet including social media, gaming and so on, is however, the biggest culprit and the hardest to address.

When children spend time on tablets, devices, gaming consoles and PCs, it disrupts their sense of reality. There is a feeling of being in control when scrolling socials, flicking from one game to another or shooting virtual things. It generates a false sense of control, of being older than they are, of not needing anyone or anything in order to feel good and do what they want to do. Yet it’s a trap, because this is a fake feeling of connection as opposed to quality time with family. Arrival at school for these students means it’s back to reality and having to accept that in a classroom everyone does what they are told and when. This seems to create a fall, almost like an ‘internet hangover’, and once they realise that

quick path to feeling in control does not exist here, it translates into feeling unsafe.

My ‘internet crew’ are the ones who are most at risk of falling behind in their education, because the online hangover isn’t something they understand or have the power to control or change. This rests very firmly in the hands of parents.

there is a healthy balance of diversity in our Group Two students needing support. This can come as relief for parents, because it is a concise formula to work toward, making consistent effort in our homes and families. How much we earn, where we come from, what kind of sneakers our kids wear, none of it matters. Seeking out and maintaining emotional safety in our children is an investment in the success of their future lives.

Feeling unsafe isn’t something that is specific to one particular section of our school community. Ethnicity, background and socio-economic status aside,

Reflections The Big Decision

Having been a teacher in the state and private schooling system in the past, I had seen some situations that led me to think seriously regarding the benefits in undertaking Home-schooling. Since those days I have met many people who have chosen this option, with a growing number since the pandemic restrictions. However, when the word is mentioned, it fills many with horror due to association with the unexpected incarceration of parent and child under one roof, trying to follow a schooling model via Zoom, with no training.

Many parents, especially mothers, have to work just to make ends meet and to have the stress of trying to work from home, plus the responsibility cast on them by the lock downs to educate their own children, was a stress too far. I was told of many occasions when lesson times were set, yet when the child logged on there was no teacher in evidence, or the quality of the lesson material was poor. It gave parents a chance to see what actually happens in the classroom and I feel this caused many to rethink their view of the schooling system.

One of the main objections that is trotted out when the subject is raised, is the lack of the social interaction with other students gained by going to school. Yet the children of these objectors are engaged in some type of sporting activity most evenings for that very purpose. Inventive parents have counteracted the problem, if it is a problem at all, by grouping with other families and engaging one or more of the many teachers who chose to step away from the mandates. Mainstream Media reports that 2,500 teachers, who made that choice, have been removed from the ranks. The figure is probably much higher and many are offering tutoring services to support the Home-schooling Program.

One of the many complaints I hear from the 14 -16 year-old age group is that the subject

matter they are required to study has little or no relevance to their life currently, nor do they see how it will help them in the future. This is nothing new as my own children, now 52 and 49, said the same when they were in that age bracket. It is the separation of the subjects that seem to create the issue, an area I have never understood. For example, in my teaching days, an English essay was marked for grammar, spelling and punctuation. When the essay was homework for a history lesson, it was marked for content only. A more integrative approach is applied in Home-schooling, as the teaching is of an experiential nature and practical application helps the relevancy of the subject matter to be easily understood in the context of life.

“I was told of many occasions when lesson times were set, yet when the child logged on there was no teacher in evidence…”

Home-schooling is a commitment and not for the feint-hearted, as it is fulltime filling every part of life. Every situation is a learning experience; routine, shopping, cooking, looking after animals and even going out for a fun afternoon or on a road trip, can be used as a tool for teaching. Surely that is how real life works isn’t it?

and suddenly the young man realised their relevance. From then on it was plain sailing.

There are a growing number of parents who are taking the plunge and making a huge life change, so they can take control of what their children are being exposed to in school. I can’t say I blame them, as some of the lines schools seem to be stepping over at the moment, and the agendas they are pushing, are somewhat challenging to the point of being outrageous.

A teaching friend worked as a tutor for adults who had struggled with school and the ‘normal’ methods of learning. On one occasion, he was working with a macho young man who had not mastered Maths, particularly percentages. My friend discovered his passion was surprisingly, tropical fish which he fed with a pinch of fish food per day. He looked at the students very large hands and then at his own, probably half the size. The concept of percentage was then floated

Sadly, today we see students return home, often to an empty house and go straight to the TV or their computer gaming and the ‘friends’ they find there. Parents come in from work tired and hungry and often forget the importance of conversation, naturally they want some peace after a busy day. Most of the Homeschooled children I have met spend time with parents, do not have the same addiction to technology and are very articulate, often beyond their years. They have a wide knowledge base and seem very aware of what is happening in the world. I feel this is due to the integrative approach the parents use in their teaching.

One 13-year-old student recently rang her mother, saying that she was being herded in to a room to have vaccination and when she questioned it, she was told she had no choice and to join the rest. She refused and, when the mother rang the school to ask what vaccine was being administered, she was told they didn’t know and there was no-one available to talk to her. No prior information was given to warn parents of the procedure, or a form issued giving permission.

As I said, a step too far!

Numerology

November/December 2022

November and December combined is the 5th element, allowing us to discover what is waiting in the ‘ethers’ as we draw to the close of 2022, an illuminating and liberating time. This will already be influencing you.

The numerical system is an infinite system of code. To find your personal month, add your day and month of birth and the current (present) year. The result is your personal year. Then add your personal year to the current month. E.g: Our Editors birthday is 20/12 = 5, adding this to 2022, I discover he is in an 11(Master number) or a 2 personal year.

By adding this personal year of 11 or 2, to November (11/2) I know that he will be in an 11:11or 4 personal month, and adding it to December (3) gives him a 5 personal month. Five refers to hard work and change, recreating self, being able to draw upon Angelic energy.

The innate secrets of your soul urge, personality, and power are held within the numerology of your own name, and this is enhanced when we unlock the numerical dynamics within the month names of the calendar we are utilising.

This may assist you in familiarising yourself and finding ways to resonate, and deal with, the overlapping energy and any unexpected events.

E.g: N O V E M B E R – Vowels 6 5 5 = 16 1 + 6 = 7

E.g: N O V E M B E R – Consonants 5 4 4 2 9 = 24 2 + 4 = 6

Name of Month Soul Urge: Add the Vowels November is 7. Secrets to be revealed or secrets to keep? Solitude, nature and nurture is key. Keeping judgment at bay.

December is 6. Needing to feel loved and appreciated by the people in your life, friends and family, playing your part in community. Love is the key.

Name of Month Personality: Add the Consonants.

November is 6. A helping hand you can be right now in many ways, and you will feel rather pleased with yourself in the process.

December is 4. Strength, reliability, remember to allow light heartedness to bring balance.

Power of the Month Add the Soul urge and the Personality – each number.

November is 4. Stability, remaining level headed, and striving for goals, inspiration kicks in.

December is 1. Striving to make the best of each situation, find your chosen place, lead yourself, listen to yourself, and love yourself.
